“Pretty solid for a mall boba tea place, when I lived in the area I was coming here all the time. Definitely the best in the MKE area, too, imo. Lots of options and flavors but I'm a taro kind of gal. Looking at some recent reviews, it looks like people have had trouble with the tapioca pearls being undercooked and the drinks being too watered down. I never had those problems, but it could've been an off day/stress of the holidays. Staff are always friendly and chill.“
“Great place with a variety of options. My girlfriend loves this place and in return my wallet pays the price. Try their crab Rangoons try their tonkatsu Ramen, Poké bowl is chefs kiss. You can find these guys on Uber eats, DoorDash, and other platforms. Did I forget to mention the Boba tea is amazing?“
“The guy behind the counter was very helpful in steering a rookie towards a drink I would like. My daughter sent me here because she wanted a mango yogurt slush with cheese foam. Which sounded bizarre to me. But I ordered the banana smoothie with cheese foam and I loved it. We went back and I added strawberry popping boba and I liked that a lot too. Definitely a good place to experience something a little different.“
“A friend and I met here recently to try out their boba. I was craving boba tea, so I suggested we meet here. Neither of us had ever been here before. Bambu is located in a small strip mall. There is seating for about 12 or so folks, and I found a table easily. It was hard to pick from the menu. For a small place, there is an extensive menu list. So I ended up with a coconut mocha coffee with plain boba and it was amazingly delicious. There are so many other interesting flavors and drinks to try, along with smoothies, teas, chè, waffles, and others. While we were there, there was a steady stream of customers coming in, some staying in, and some going out. We were there about 45 minutes and by the end. The interior could use some upkeep (paint/walls). But, the staff were super friendly, and the drinks are great.“
“Very delicious and authentic flavor!! I ordered the Taro milk tea and Brown Sugar milk tea and some places have a very artificial taste but this was a delicious and natural taste of Taro and the Brown Sugar. Will be back to try some new things ?“
“My family and I went yesterday, and we absolutely loved this place! The young woman who helped take our order at the register was extremely kind, professional and welcoming. She provided recommendations, along with great descriptions on what each item was and why she recommended them (the fried chicken and the several drinks we got). The food and drinks = the best fried chicken in MKE I've had to date. They had options for a small (6pc) or a large (14pc). We had ordered a large, and after 10 minutes... had to go order another large box for just myself lol. The drinks varied. We ordered black tea-milk tea, sugar Boba, strawberry mojito etc, and they were so well made. Everyone in the group had loved their drinks. The place itself was very minimalistically cute. It had a sad clown in the middle of the seating area, which really drew me in. Overall, would 10/10 recommend this place.“
“Went to Xankia before attending a show at Riverside (which is right around the corner). Had beef pho and it was quick and delicious! They had chili paste and (real) sriracha which are not always offered at other places, so was pleasantly surprised. The men working were very friendly. Overall a great experience and would come back and try more.“
“Our favorite boba spot in MKE! Love that they offer no sugar, 30%, 50% sugar options, delicious toppings with many options, incredible variety of hot and cold drinks with all the flavor options! Yummy baked goods and tasty treats! The employees are very kind and helpful, too! More of a to go spot feel, but you can always stay a while and sit at their tables. Order in persxn face to face and collect rewards for each purchase 50 points is a $5 reward on a future purchase. If you use the kiosk you can't gain rewards. Enjoy!!!“
“Absolutely excellent food and mostly nice staff. Our one bad visit is when we came once when the dining room was wide open but they we're expecting a couple big reservations in over an hour from then and they acted like it was a problem or a burden to seat us. They made a big show of making us wait while they looked around the dining room and "checked in back". They ended up reluctantly seating us. We were done with our meals and out of there before the big parties even arrived. So treating us like they were doing us a favor to seat us was a bummer because we love the food here so much and have been regulars for years now. At that particular meal we had brought 2 people with us from out of state who had never been there. We raved about it and were really disappointed that had been their first impression. Needless to say, this encounter hasn't stopped us from returning. We've had pleasant experiences since. Maybe that was just a bad day, I'm not sure. Glad we haven't experienced that again.“
“I really love coming to SereniTEA whenever I am in the mood of getting Bubble Tea! I have been coming here since 2020 and many of the milk teas and fruit teas here have tasted very sweet and refreshing. I really enjoy getting their Thai Tea and Mango Lychee Black Tea with tapioca pearls. Highly recommend SereniTEA if you love Bubble Tea! :)“
“A wonderful dinner experience for our small family. We enjoyed the Pho, Smoothies, and Egg Rolls very much! The service was very quick, the staff was warm and polite, they had high chairs available, and made us feel comfortable and cared for!Parking: Plenty of parking right in the front.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and friendly staff.“
“I went there today and got 3 mochi donuts and a potato half and half corn dog. The mochi donuts were 3 for $10, and i got the churro, chocolate matcha, and the thai tea donut. All were really good, but i personally preferred the churro one bc it didn't have that much to it. And the corn dog i got was $7, which was also really good. It was fresh and had a really good cheese pull. And the inside seating and everything was just really nice and clean. I found the bathroom pretty aesthetic as well as the seating area. The lady who took my order was also very nice, so thank you to her.“
“I had the berry breeze bowl and the chocate orange bowl. They were to die for! Better than I expected. Athough from a vacationers perspective these prices are quite high, they seem to be close to the rest of the city. My friends had some of the boba drinks and they loved them too! We would eat here again if we come back to this area!“
“Passionfruit tea with passionfruit burstings is my absolute favorite. Pricing is reasonable $5-$7 per cup. They're usually unable to make either milkshakes or smoothies or something, but tea is usually always available. My boyfriend loves the tapioca and has tried almost all of the milk teas, which are all good, but the ones with two flavors combined are usually the most flavorful.Parking: Free parking garage is pretty far into the mall. Free parking lot is around the block with Kohls and Target lots. Street parking is usually available, expect when it's packed on weekends.Wheelchair accessibility: Store is street level, so should be able to roll right in from the sidewalk.“
“A bit pricey, but well worth the experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. It really shows that they have a passion for what they do. Mochi drinks with Boba were a real experience . And the bakery items are amazing. Try the Tornado Potatoes while you are here... delish!!!“
