Jimmy John's in Wauwatosa

“Excellent service from the manager Chakula and super fast delivery! I’ll try to make a long story short:

I ordered a sub for lunch and got it delivered. I asked for extra toppings and didn’t receive the extra toppings AND the tomatoes were small and seemed like they were only end slices.

I called the store and spoke with Chakula about my concerns and she resolved the issue immediately and offered to have the new sub sent back out!

I’m big on customer service so I appreciate when managers are willing to correct mistakes!

“This Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite quick lunch meals especially with this location. Fast and always full of fresh vegetables. Best tool I’ve learned to use is the new phone App, especially for freebies. Most noticeable manager always working and first to greet and wave goodbye when dining in. Outdoor tables perfect for late lunch or early dinners.“
