“I had a last-minute catering emergency after realizing an order I placed elsewhere had been canceled. I called Jimmy John’s on a whim, hoping they could help and they absolutely delivered! The team was incredibly kind and accommodating, assuring me right away that they could take care of it. I placed an order for 60 sandwiches, and to my surprise, they had everything ready within 30 minutes. Their customer service was exceptional, and they truly saved the day. “This Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite quick lunch meals especially with this location. Fast and always full of fresh vegetables. Best tool I’ve learned to use is the new phone App, especially for freebies. Most noticeable manager always working and first to greet and wave goodbye when dining in. Outdoor tables perfect for late lunch or early dinners.“
