I hadn’t been to Jimmy John’s in years, and only went to pick up some food here since a friend requested it. The guys working were so friendly and patient while I asked then to make an unwich “as gluten free as possible”. The food was great! I might actually start coming here from time to time. Thanks for exceptional customer service :)
Both Sammies were wrong, #11 & #13, when got home it was noticed, but I ate them both dinner and lunch the next day,,,didn't want to be a Karen ..I chalk it up to end of night, HS kids etc......

Jimmy John's is a basic sandwich shoppe. There's no razzle dazzle...just cold cuts, cheese and bread. The only reason I order is to get their unwich, which is basically a lettuce wrap. I always order delivery so I can't speak to the atmosphere or service.Vegetarian options: There are a few sandwiches that are veggie & cheese. But you can customize any sandwich as you so choose.
