Perfect all the way around and amazing customer service.
One of the worst Paneras in the city. I placed an online pick up order. The order is supposed to be placed in the rapid pickup shelf. It wasn’t there and I had to ask the disinterested employee behind the counter. When I got home I see that my sandwich was on the wrong bread. Because they put it on the basic wheat it was significantly smaller than it normally is. What a joke. Will not return to this location.
Everyone's been to a Panera so there's not much I have to explain when it comes to the menu and what they have. But what I can say is that good help is hard to find. Ms. Kim at the register. Maybe that's just her personality and she's really not like that but me as a customer not knowing her it came off a bit rude definitely wasn't the friendliest. With there being so many Panera in the city I definitely won't be back to that location
