“Steak and scallops were exceptional. My server was very attentive and always smiling. The flow and timing of service and food was very good. A little in the pricey side but I’d rather spend a little more for great food than spend less and be disappointed. I was by myself and ate near the bar and there were three loud drunk guys there that could have used some redirection. Other than that, a near perfect evening.“

“Went to The Capital Grille for a business dinner meeting and we both selected the restaurant week menu. The sea bass was excellent, food portions perfect. Unfortunately, my business guest's steak was served overcooked and dry. However I want to highlight a few important details...
1. A manager approached our table and apologized for a delay on our food - honestly we didn't even notice and the fact that she brought it to our attention was amazing!
2. When we expressed that the steak was overcooked and not the M.Well temp not only were they apologetic but the restaurant went above and beyond our expectations to take care of us!!
I LOVE Excellent customer service- in a world where customer service is lacking and not what it use to be , The Capital Grille refreshed my memory on exactly how Superb customer service looks and feels!! I Love this restaurant!!“

“Had a great dinner tonight at the restaurant. Usually when I have French Onion soup it is too salty and gloopy with too much cheese. At this place it was perfect….great cheese to broth ratio, good amount of bread and a wonderful beef and onion flavor. Filet Mignon was ordered medium and it came out hot with a nice deep pink center. Came with cognac sauce and au jus but didn’t need either of them. Filet was tender and full of flavour. Sides were great but the meat was the star of the show. Phenomenal service by Alicia(sp). Worth the visit if you are in town.“

“I’ve literally never experienced anything like this - ever. I didn’t know how to order, what to order, why I had 3 different sized forks. LOL. Cheng Xae & his staff (name dropping Taylor! Our waitress!) were so kind, so knowledgeable & ready to answer any questions we had with no judgment. Our waitress was THAT girl. I felt like I was at work with her in the best way possible. I literally did a lil dance after every single bite. 10/10 Experience, 5 stars. There’s a first time for everything. I’m so thankful & lucky that Flemming’s was our first lil fancy date experience. Not once did we feel out of place. Thank you so much Flemming’s! We’ll definitely be back! If you’re reading this & contemplating on taking your woman or man.. 😉 here - JUST DO IT. You won’t regret it ☺️“

“Had a great time to celebrate my birthday early. The atmosphere,decor, live music, the service and the food were all great. I definitely recommend all that I had tonight ( salmon, forgot the cocktail drink name, mussels, mushrooms and the fries). The service was great ! I adored the live music really set the tone for the venue. I didn’t have to wait long to get each part of what I ordered. The staff are polite, personable, know the food and drinks well to give great recommendations of what pair well together. Also the complimentary birthday cake was delicious. I would recommend going solo or with a group.“

“So the review written by "Being Still", I was there with this person. The restaurant reached out to this person through Messenger, but because they blocked Being Still, there is no way to respond to them. And they took the comments off their facebook page and blocked Being Still.... nice.... Seems sneaky to not leave a honest review up for people to see the conversations, but to only have the good ones on your Facebook page. Instead of having to go look in the review section to find honest reviews.“

“I went with some friends that came from out of town we got there around 7pm on a Friday we waited about 30 minutes to get our drinks and 15 minutes to even get waited on. They were understaffed which I figured for a Friday it would be better staffed my coffee was old so I asked for a fresh cup waited for it and it was horrible taste like it was old or the coffee machine needs to bed cleaned,our blooming onion was kinda burned the best thing I enjoyed“

“We visited here last night and from the moment we walked in we had a wonderful experience. We had a drink at the bar and got to chat with the owner and he was so kind. We sat down and had some of the best prime rib and scallops. Food, drinks and atmosphere we were all amazing! We will be back.“

“Good place to have a meal. Lots of choices on the menu with reasonable prices. I had the shrimp, which was very good; so were the cheese curds (which were half off due to happy hour). A friend had the french onion soup and said it was very good. Our waitress, Jennifer, was great -- attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We'll be back. Lastly, we think it'll be a great place to watch a game.“

“Everything was excellent! Our server was awesome, she checked with us throughout our meal but not too much.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was, we had 5 in our party & 1 person was late.
They would not put us at a table until the whole party was there. I can understand this on a busy night. It was Monday & not super busy.
We were all senior ladies & it would have been easier for us had we been seated. We waited 10 minutes & our last person didn't show up.
We were told if they came they would not be seated.
If I had been with family I would have left & went too another steak place down the road.
The next time I'm having a meeting I don't think I'll choose your resturant due to not letting a late commer be seated after the party has been seated.“
