I placed a mobile order for it to be ready when I arrived. After driving 10 minutes to get there, it seemed as if they hadn’t even started to prepare my order, so I had to wait a few minutes, even with no one else in the drive thru. The food was still what you’d expect from BK.

Our food was cold and wasn't enjoyable. Not sure how it was cold when it was supposed to be freshly made. We had onion rings and asked for onion ring sauce and was given sweet & sour sauce. I asked to exchange it and was told id need to pay for the replacement.Wheelchair accessibility: It's not an easy entrance, but someone in a wheelchair could enter the building.
