Cousins Subs is a clean restaurant with courteous staff. The ham and cheese sub had great flavors, but the meat and cheese were thinly cut. The cheese fries were standard. The Gyro sub was shared for breakfast, followed by a chicken cheese sub, a turkey sub, and a club sub with cheese curds. Online ordering was easy, and the delivery was on time. The 7-inch roast beef sub with cheese, pickles, mustard, mayo, onion, spring mix greens, and bacon was very fresh and delicious, prompting a desire for more. The 2 people working were the best, thoughtful, and courteous. The lobby is very tidy, as was the food prep area. The sandwich is still fresh and well balanced. The 2 ladies that worked that day did a very well done job. Overall, a satisfying experience with fresh and yummy sandwiches.
