“We stopped in for a quick bite and got a couple burgers. Hands down, they have the best burgers in the area. The bar was pretty busy and we still got great service and a chance to chat with the bartender. She was amazing and you could tell she's the woman who holds the front end together. We will definitely be back to try the fish fry that they are pretty famous for.“

“The fried Green Beans were delicious! So was the Fish Fry, wish there was maybe a 4th piece or that the 3 were a little larger, but it was super yummy!!! Although all the tables were full and there were only like 3 people working (2 bar tenders and one cook from what I could tell), the female bartender did a fantastic job running the floor and serving the tables. She was very nice and gave recommendations since my mom and I were in from out of town. And the prices were very reasonable: less than $40 for an appetizer, 2 dinners, and a beer. Highly recommend!

“Anchor Bay Bar and Grill offers a beautiful atmosphere on the scenic Wisconsin River. We ordered a homemade pizza pizza and one of their specialty burgers. They were both very tasty. They have a large bar and dining room area to accommodate large groups of people along with ample outdoor seating. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

Parking: Large gravel parking lot with ample parking. There is no charge to park.

Kid-friendliness: This bar & grill offers two styles of high chairs and has booster seats. The bathroom also has a baby changing station.

“The Duck Wontons were Superb! I had Garlic parmesan fries and they were so delicious! I also had the Fallout Burger which was also awesome! The burger was of The Milwaukee Burger Company Quality! I would definitely go there again!! A+++++“

“If you're looking for a great Wisconsin bar with awesome food, this is the place. Great cheese curds and onion rings. The Ruben is one of the best around anywhere! Good selection of beers and spirits in a cozy, friendly atmosphere. They say some of the best food comes from small bars in the midwest, and this is a great example. You won't leave hungry!“
