“Stopped in yesterday for our first visit as we heard they have delicious burgers. We were not disappointed. The food was great but what stood out more was the service. They treated us like friends and made us feel so welcome. We will return again and again“

“We had family in town (group of 8) and wanted to go somewhere special & after hearing about this place- we wanted to try it. Our drinks were Good- lots of different choices. Our Food- was OK- we all were really disappointed because we wanted Prime Rib & it was out.Steaks were ok- on the tough side- and no flavor- for the price we expected much better.Everyone else said their food was good- but nothing worth raving about. We all agreed- that the prices were pretty high for what you got & the quality. Service- very slow (took 45 minutes to get our food), our waitress was not friendly or attentive. No bread/rolls- or any “table snacks”-- zip- everything is “extra”. Pretty much ruins the experience.We may go back- just to give it another try - but it’s not our Fav Northwoods Place.“

“On a trip north and a fellow at a local gas station recommended this place. Great suggestion. Had a jalapeño burger that was the best I've had in a long time. Seasoned fries were also fine. Waitress was just the right amount of friendly and attentive. Will go again!“

“All the buzz about this pub is on point. South of town on the main highway - easy to get to. Very clean and very nice staff highlight the big menu. Apps don't disappoint but the burgers are the big deal. Heard a lot about them and they are very good. Nice place to watch a game or just hang out for a bit. Don't miss this place.“

“Best place to get schheeneeeockered up dar. Especially if you know the secret code for free shots. Basically it starts with a request for Goldschlager. You then give a wink with your left eye and make a throat clearing noise so obnoxious that everyone in the bar hears you. It’s normal. Once the shot arrives you simultaneously give a double wink with the right eye and a left handed thumbs up in concert. You then say “Jeepers Creepers… Jimmy!!!, Happy Days. Cripes”. Then the tender at the time should oblige and provide several free shots in a row, depending upon your authentic approach you get more or less. Good luck.“
