“We had reservations at another restaurant for a birthday lunch at 1pm with a party of 13, as we were pulling into the parking lot the restaurant called and told us they couldn’t serve us because we had kids in our party. We showed up at Copper Still Pub at 12:50 and explained the situation. The waitress said “We would be happy to accommodate your party.” It was the best experience! The waitress, the food, the cleanliness, professionalism, 100% recommend! They didn’t have to step in where another restaurant let us down, but they did! “Great food and service. The new remodel is still in progress and looking nice with the exception of the new tables. Tables definitely aren’t big enough for 4 people plus that are cheap looking. Old chairs are very comfortable and were kept .. need the tables back! Heard many comments about the lack of table space. We felt bad for the service workers. Please bring back the other tables.“

Food was not good, we went for breakfast Waffles were soggy, the waitress argued they were done in a waffle maker which may be the case but my husbands waffles were very soggy not crisp as you would think a belgian waffle would be...pancakes were under done and gummy...the waitress was not nice and got an attitude with us when we brought this to her attention ...the atmosphere was horrible very dark and unwelcoming compared to the place at the Plaza. And we had to listen to the cook tell the table beside us how he was getting his ankle bracelet revoked and was going to jail. my husband and I were just so very disappointed...“

“SUMMARY: Tito's is a Mexican (read: Latin American) restaurant that also makes decent pizza and great wings.

I've been to Tito's many times over the past year and have never had an issue. I prefer Tito's pizza, my wife prefers Anthony's, but we both agree that Tito's is THE place for buffalo wings.

We've only ever done take-out. I can affirm that the dining room is dark as other reviewers have mentioned. I can't speak to any service beyond counter-service, which has always been great. The staff is friendly and seems genuinely excited to sell what they see as a quality product.

I see negative reviews on the pasta, and I can't speak to those either way. I've never tried it. What I can speak to is the unexpected delight that is the "Mexican Originals" portion of the menu.

Never mind that some of the items are actually Salvadoran, Colombian, or Dominican. You're not reading this review for a geography lesson (side note: food anthropology is FASCINATING). You're here to know whether the food is worth your cash. It is.

I've tried the pupusas, special burrito, and fried yuca. It's been a minute, but I remember thinking, "I should get this again." Particularly the pupusas, which come with pickled carrots & cabbage.

The calzone and stromboli are also solid choices. They were on par with any I've had in NJ and NY.

Parking: Tito's is in a strip mall with plenty of free parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp from the front door into the dining room, but the turn to get from the door to the ramp is tight. The ramp is one long run with no turns.“

And we were seated with a really great view overlooking the rolling hills of West Virginia. Would highly recommend if in the area.“

“Pleasantly surprised by this place. The food was delicious I got the morning glory burger with fries and a small old bay wings order with ranch. My partner got the wet jerky and old bay with honey drizzle. All the wings were amazing and the burger was good tho I didn't finish it because it was so big. We also got the loaded sweet potato fries they were very sweet but a great combination. Every one was friendly and food was reasonably priced only spent about 75 bucks for a small order (6) wings a medium order (12) wings. A Red Bull and vodka, a Coke, a morning glory burger with fries and loaded sweet potato fries. The employees were wonderful they started a fire in the back area and put on the football game for us. The cook came out and spoke to us. The inside was loud because of the rock band but truly everyone was great. I'm docking a star simply because the outside and the way you enter are a little off putting and if it's your first time there it can be a little overwhelming on what to do“

This lady has her stuff together. Her personality was wonderful so if you ever go to this restaurant in Martinsburg on Foxcroft Chili’s Ask for Shannon this girl will make sure that your experience of eating out with your family will be awesome very friendly, outgoing and as much as food costs today she even told us how we could save money by ordering instead of just a rack of ribs for the same price. If you order a rack of ribs, you get three sides so really for a order of rack of ribs. We got two males. We got a rack of ribs with two sides and some chicken quesadillas for the same price of just a rack of ribs. This lady seemed to care about me my friends and my daughter. It was awesome One of the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in my entire life and I eat out most of my life and I am 56 years old you go Shannon sell those baby back ribs and just a side note. If you’re Shannon‘s boss, this girl deserves a major raisethanks everybody so if you don’t want to be disappointed, ask for this lady, her personality will blow you away.“
