The lobby is closed most evenings. If you don't use the drive thru you are out of luck.
Extremely rude older lady working the front register. We were polite even though she treated us like we were a huge inconvenience the minute we stepped up to the counter. When she gave us our drink cup we were short one and I politely tried to tell her and show her the receipt. She snatched it from my hand consulted with another lady behind the counter and slammed it back in the.
