Be careful going here! They like to hire someone named Jay Payne who likes to use racist and homophobic slurs. So just be careful if you go there and you encounter him while there. I'm not sure if that's the kind of person Outback Steakhouse wants representing their establishment but I know my wife and I won't be going there anymore. And I'm warning my other friends and family not to dine there anymore.
I had a great time with my wife today and the staff were amazing thanks Katie. My experience was wonderful and I'll be sure to come back again soon. I really appreciate the hospitality of everyone involved on making this a success experience. Thank you for all the effort above and beyond. 9/10

Being from Australia, and staying in beckley for a week on business the outback steak house was a very fitting restaurant for me to eat at, the hospitality was brilliant the service was exceptional and the food was fantastic, highly recommend visiting if you are in Beckley West Virginia
