“We go to rally's on the west side every Sunday evening. we walk our dogs and we grab our dinner. there always so nice to the dogs and everything is always hot and fresh and their milkshakes are always a hit! and I've also never been there and their machines not work, I can always get a milk shake or an ice cream cone on a hot day ❤“

“In Charleston, W VA we had JJ's deliver to our hotel in the City Center. In a few minutes the delivery came by a young man on a bicycle, He met me in the lobby and was very professional. The food was delicious and the Customer Service was top notch! This prompts us to try our own JJ's new in our city of Henderson, KY.“

They have ample space for truck parking. It can fit up to 12–15 trucks at a time.
Yes, you can park your RV overnight and have a very good breakfast in the morning just on the side is braum and Walmart across the road“

“most of the manager's, they don't care about their employees. especially the ones who are 1 hour or more late. grow up. you know what time you need to be there your schedule is made up already, do your job and be on time like you expect your employees geez one pissed off granny“

“I realized I posted a review on google but not here! The transition from Vino’s to the Blvd Grill is honestly what downtown Charleston has needed for so many years. All of the staff are amazing but I do have to say since Billie has been there it is seriously THE PLACE to be downtown. You wanna eat? They got you. Wanna play pool? They have 2 diamond tables. Wanna play darts? They have FOUR boards. Not interested in playing anything? The whole bar area is open to just hang, whether it be at the bar, the several high top tables, or the few booths they have away from to games. Listen, I might be biased, but as a frequent flyer of downtown for many, many years, I assure you this is the atmosphere Charleston has needed. And something I didn’t mention in my google review is that they also have an upstairs area that can be rented out for private events!“

“My husband and I came in today for the first time at the Charleston location. We'd been wanting to try for awhile. We traveled an hour & half. It did not disappoint! The staff were soooo nice!! & the food was great! I've never had such good, sweet marinara sauce in my life. The best sauce I've ever tasted! (I'm a sauce person) We will most definitely be back! “Avoided this location like the plague prior to the renovations last year but they have totally stepped up their game in 2022 with a very friendly, upbeat staff and every order filled correctly. Fast food is a thankless job (speaking from experience) but when it's done right it makes a world of difference! Kudos to this location for bringing me back on the regular!“

“Like any Taco Bell, the food is well.. Taco Bell. But what sets this location apart is the service. Every time I walk in or drive through their workers, specifically Kelsey and Natalie, greet me with a smile and a great attitude. Something I cannot say about every fast food chain.

“Wendy's on Washington Street is not far from the West Virginia State Capitol building in Charleston, West Virginia.

I was driven here by a friend of my late identical twin brother who died in April 2025. He ate his last meal at this Wendy's before his death, after a hard fall on the sidewalk that caused brain bleeding. I was told he only ate a few bites of his last meal.

I went three or four times to this Wendy's, and usually, I ordered the bacon hamburger with three hamburger slices, sauce, bacon, lettuce, onions, and bun. The bun could have been slightly toasted so it would not fall apart. I don't drink Coca-Cola, so I ordered a water. Although the first triple hamburger had a warm bun, the second time, the bun felt ice cold, and it was not toasted, so it fell apart as I was eating. You must get plenty of napkins because your fingers will be coated with sauce while eating.

If you go in the morning before 10:30 AM, you can order a breakfast special: biscuit with egg, cheese and bacon for only $1. My coffee was $1.89 and a friend's large Cherry Coca-Cola was just $1.00. A real bargain.

The cashier failed to give me the correct change, so I had to tell her she owed me $1.00. I was not given a paper receipt from the cash register. Be sure to count your change so you won't be cheated..

The inside is quiet and austere, but it is well air-conditioned. The tables were not all cleaned, and there was water dripping from the ceiling onto the floor in one area. The toilets are clean, but I did notice some homeless people coming inside to have a drink while cooling off or using the toilet.

Credit, debit cards, and cash are accepted. There is plenty of parking and a drive-in window for take-out orders.

The prices are almost half of other sandwich places, but if you want a filling meal, Wendy's is fine. But like many fast-food businesses, I think you are getting too much fat, sodium, and calories, and sodas such as Coca-Cola are filled with excessive sugar.“

“I highly recommend going to Subway if they have really good food there which we all know just know what you want when you get there because the girl there rode her eyes at my daughter when my daughter got nervous and didn't want to tell her what she wanted and the girl laughed about it when she wrote her eyes at her I didn't think that was really nice but she made good food just she's bad customer service skills but so good place to go I highly recommend it“
