“Stopped in the Subway after a long weekend at a cabin in the woods. I needed about an hour to do some work where my laptop would connect to my hotspot. It was mid afternoon and the lunch rush was over. Sherry seemed to be the only one working at that time. After she made my sandwich, she seemed to be working in the back busy doing prep work for later shifts. She helped answer a question or two about the town and allowed me to work interrupted after I finished my sandwich. Great Experience, Great Employee.“

““I didn’t get this mans name, he works at the subway in Walmart in Bluefield, VA.
He made my lunch today with amazing enthusiasm and pleasure! He was courteous and very professional. Then as I was eating this elder woman came in. He came from behind the counter, helped her to a table, read her the menu & explained the different meal deal options and then went and made her lunch.
He went above and beyond customer service! I wish I would have gotten his name but if you go eat there, be sure to tell him what a great job he does! His warm hospitality today certainly warmed my soul!”

“The staff went out of their way to assist my disabled older brother and sister-in-law. I wish I had gotten her name but, one of the young ladies even assisted him in getting in our car and was as pleasant as anyone I’ve ever met. There is customer service and then there is customer care, she was amazing.“

“Usually i have no issues with my subs but today I had a different experience that I just had to review. I ordered a subwayclub with provolone, toasted, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes,onions,green peppers, pickles, and honey mustard. I got a very different order. I got a subway club with no cheese at all, not toasted, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, and mayo was added to it. The sandwich also seemed to be smushed or handled roughly. Idk if this is the issue of the workers or the drive thru order not being sent in correctly on their end. Either way it was not a great sandwich or experience.“
