“Aside from Kiosk ordering inside, I had no issues with this Taco Bell. Call me old fashioned but I want to be able to order through a human not a computer. Not this locations fault, however.
Anyways, food and service were fine. Chapmanville was having water issues so they didn’t have fountain drinks. They had cans to make up for it so no issues there.
Food was better than most Taco Bell’s I’ve had in recent memory. Staff was nice and personable.“

“Should have kept the original building , but the drive thru is a plus now. Not much parking , and if you do park cars in the drive thru have a tight area to turn & drive in. Still not delivering, I even offered to start my own driving company to help and never got a call from the regional manger.“

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s two handicapped parking spots then the ramp to get in the double doors. You’ll need assistance when entering the double doors“

“This establishment has their priorities straight! You can dine in, order online, order via kiosk inside store, or best of all have it delivered straight to you!
Parking: Always an available parking spot
Kid-friendliness: Many tables for the kids, also kids meal with a toy available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Every entrance is wheelchair accessible also the parking lot has coordinated lines for people with disabilities“

“The food here is amazing it’s been a few years since I ate it and it still taste the same, I highly recommend eating here, the chicken is fantastic it’s mouth watering. They make everything as soon as it hits the screens. Very clean and the employees where extremely nice.“

“Quick, accurate, and friendly! I went here every single day for a little over a week when I first moved because I didn't have my water turned on at my house nor did I have dishes so I could cook for myself . They were fast, very friendly (except one young, long haired, blonde chick), and my order was always right. I went through one time and got a double stack 4/4, my burger wasn't cooked all the way through and Nicole took care of it for me the next day, the two ladies at closing explained what happened and that their grill wasn't working properly and replaced my burger for me !! I come here faithfully now when I'm craving some fast food and a quick bite to eat!!“
