Jimmy John's in Charlestown offers great food and great customer service. The manager and employees are professional and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. The veggie sub warmed with extra avocado is a favorite. The Ultimate Italian came out toasted and uncut with plenty of meat. One customer had a few issues with an order, but the manager personally called and apologized, helping resolve the issue. A first-time visitor recommends this new location for dinner, giving it a 5 star. The ham had a smokey taste, and prices are higher than the Northern Virginia locations by about a dollar.
