slow service and very rude.
We are 4 hours from home for travel softball. We wanted to eat there and scrambled to inside the mall 5 mins before close to be the actual last customer. I said I’m not even sure what to order here. Obviously chicken. Lol. The dude was super nice. Explained answers to any question I had about any menu item with absolutely ZERO attitude. You don’t get that anymore usually. If I coulda tipped him I would have. 5/5 ⭐️ 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
It would be great if the older black women who I assume is a manger to keep her rude remarks to herself while on the counter. I buy most of my lunches here being a mall employee and the one time I ask for a water (which you offer for free) she rudely starts taking about how Starbucks has free water and why I couldn’t go there. She’s done this to other mall employees and everyone knows she has a poor attitude. I doubt I’ll be buying from this location again.
