“I just wanna get on here and say. my experience at your valley Grove WV location was one of the best I have ever had. the BBQ was so good. the Wings were out of this world. my wife had the sketti and she loved it. Eden( the manager) was the one that served us and did a smash up job. I'm a social media influencer in trucking and was here doing my 34. I stayed and extra day so I could enjoy the food for a 3rd day. The atmosphere was awesome and again service on all three days were top notch. if I could give it more stars on Google I would. I will definitely be coming back to this location. awesome job.”

“So the hubby and I were alone this weekend and he came inside Friday and said “I’m starving, let’s go get some food”. I hate eating out so I was hesitant. I suggested the Hillbilly Snack Shack and he said “sure, we’ll try it!” HOLY MOLY!!! I am so glad we finally stopped in. The staff is super nice, the place is clean and newly remodeled(absolutely beautiful), the food was some of the best around, and the prices were on point! “All of the breakfast food we had was absolutely amazing. Terrific prices.My wife had French toast. It was huge thick but fluffy slices.Definitely recommend their home fries with peppers and onions.Pancakes were very thick and fluffy.Their bacon is very thick if you like it that way.All very generous portions.Had to stop at the bakery case on the way out. Their baked goods are delicious as well!”

“It's a bar that serves some pretty solid food. Brunch type late breakfast was really nice. Went with the traditional eggs, home fries, toast, justice and sausage gravy. All was exactly what I want from a little greasy spoon sorta spot. There are tables but the bar seemed the once to be. Service was quick and super helpful. All the utensils and extras were to me before the food arrived. Refills were automatic, coffee was a good cup a Joe. Had their Monday meatloaf dinner too one day and it was fantastic. Not a place you'd expect to have much food let alone really good food, but it is.”

Ended up getting triple burger and their daily special, Tater Tot pile up which were really good, too!Nice selection of beer, IPAs, and sours. They have Country Roads Trust Lager as well. Nice view and balcony with seats to watch skiers/snowboarders or just enjoy a beer!”

“We stopped by here while doing some shopping because I have been CRAVING a hoagie. I was not disappointed at all. The hoagies are huge and so good. I got an Italian and they didn’t skimp on the meats at all. I got an 8 inch and could barely finish it. My husband got an Italian sausage sub and he said it was one of the best he’s ever had. The white chocolate macadamia nut cookies were amazing. The service was also great. We live about an hour away but it was worth it. We will definitely be back.”

“UPDATE: stopped in to eat, general manager was there. Told him what happened, took care of it! Happy again! so I called and spoke to the day manager about a minor issue the night before. very apologetic offered to take care of me next time I came in and he'd put my name up front. well show up in the evening one day and guess what.... yep nothing up front, and I look like a fool. night manager claim disease text name and asking him but don't know what became of that. so I bought a burger paid for it, I wrote down my name phone number email and a slight reminder about the issue and I told him to give it to that day manager. and guess what? no call no email. so first I was very happy with how everything was handled but now I'm very unhappy!”
