“I usually order online & it’s ready when I get there. Friendly, fun staff, seems pretty efficient, I’ve never had bad food here. Never have I had an issue with food or the people. Parking isn’t great because of construction and how busy downtown is but it’s not that big of a problem.“

“Super cute Subway on the G Level across from the gift shop. Ordered a fresh Turkey & Bacon wrap! Service was quick & fresh. Very clean and super speedy! Great staff and very kind. Conveniently inside the WVU Hospital and open til 8pm. Plenty of chip offerings and drink offerings. Close to the interstate and gasoline.“

“Went here for the first time and the owner behind the counter was INSANELY NICE. He showed me everything he served and let me take my time in ordering. The service was quick helpful and an enjoyable experience. The food is great. I recommend the cajun chicken. My only regret is how fast i scarfed down the food i wish i savored it more. Definitely recommend.“

“There was 1 employee who did the first the section and 1 who did the second, ensuring no cross contamination. Both people put the food on carefully and didn’t throw everything in one place. Finally, my husband asked for a chipotle sauce but a different sauce was in the bottle. She noticed immediately (only went to a small part of the sandwich) and offered to remake the sandwich. He said it was okay and just to add the right sauce. She ended up taking the portion with the wrong sauce off and readding the ingredients. Food was delicious!“

“The poor guy working behind the counter. No one else was working. He had the lunch rush of people standing at the counter waiting to be waited on, plus all the call orders to fill. He was a very nice man. He explained to customers that he would get to them as fast as he could. He was very polite and curiosity. Working to make each customer feel special as he made sandwiches. This store should be proud to have a employee like this gentleman. Sorry I didn't get his name. I was there on Friday December 1, 2023 at 11:45am.“

“Food was pretty good, but very sloppy and the bread was soggy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean. There was a rough looking, foul mouthed group of people gathered outside the store being obnoxious and harassing a homeless man and woman who were also outside. It was very uncomfortable.“

The food was okay it's the usual Subway fare, nothing special or notably fresh, but it serves its purpose for a quick, familiar meal. The restaurant was functional. It's a reliable spot if you know exactly what to expect and aren't looking for anything beyond the basics.“

“This place is the best. Customer service is everything ,they lucked up and got some great workers. Pay them to keep them ,, this is the only restaurant I've been in that I'm always treated like family. They are the business and the owners are lucky to have them. I don't know any of their names but they are all wonderful. And it's so CLEAN.“
