“I had a great experience tonight with one of the coworkers, her name was jeni. I came in 15 minutes before close 😂 usually people wouldn’t be nice or just sigh about something with an attitude, but she was very generous, nice, and VERY patient with my order. Everything was perfect. No mess with the subs, Not sloppy work, very great communication through everything. People like her deserve a raise and to be treated with all the respect. So thank you subway for a great worker like Jeni and thank you Jeni for a great experience.“

“Super cute Subway on the G Level across from the gift shop. Ordered a fresh Turkey & Bacon wrap! Service was quick & fresh. Very clean and super speedy! Great staff and very kind. Conveniently inside the WVU Hospital and open til 8pm. Plenty of chip offerings and drink offerings. Close to the interstate and gasoline.“

They weren't terribly busy so our food cames out quite fast. My friend had a small italian w fries and I had a make your own turkey sandwich. Both were prepared well and exactly as ordered. “Food was pretty good, but very sloppy and the bread was soggy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean. There was a rough looking, foul mouthed group of people gathered outside the store being obnoxious and harassing a homeless man and woman who were also outside. It was very uncomfortable.“

“The poor guy working behind the counter. No one else was working. He had the lunch rush of people standing at the counter waiting to be waited on, plus all the call orders to fill. He was a very nice man. He explained to customers that he would get to them as fast as he could. He was very polite and curiosity. Working to make each customer feel special as he made sandwiches.
