“I had gotten takeout yesterday for dinner. Everything from the customer service to the food was incredible!!! Elena has GR8 custo.er service!!! I got my food quicker than I thought and it was still hot when I got back to Charleston with it. The Chicken and Dumplings were SOOOOOOO DELICIOUS along with the Green Beans, Carrots and Biscuit.“

“My husband and I tried this for the first time today! Really really good!! Service was great and the prices were very reasonable 😊 I got the big Kahuna with onion rings and my husband got a Baja Turkey Club and we shared the cheese fries. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!“

“First time dining there tonight. Party of 3. Two had burgers which they said were really good. I had the bone in wings with Buffalo sauce. I have to say, these were the best wings I’ve had in years! 🤌 We will be returning!“

“I went there with a date, for lunch. The only thing I didn't care for was the wair to be seated. We stood there for 14 minutes waiting for someone. The woman who came in behind us walked immediately to the cashier and began speaking with her. She grabbed a menu and proceeded to walk around us and when a server finally came, she was at first. They didn't have a sign up, stating they were looking for help, but we weren't even acknowledged by anyone.“

“The food is terrific! I give everything I have eaten a 5/5. My favorite is the chicken salad (scratch) sandwich with chips (scratch) with a side of saracha mayonnaise (scratch) to dip my chips in. Dishes are always fresh and everything is made from scratch.“

“Fantastic service, fantastic food. Every single second of the experience was incredible. I had no idea I lived so close to a hidden jewel that I would’ve traveled out of state for! It was nostalgic to taste what matched my mawmaw’s home made biscuit and gravy for brunch today, haven’t had the pleasure of that taste in over 20 years. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant, even the mimosa tasted fresh! The staff were so friendly, and we were treated like family even with every seat taken. The cheese cake was incredible! White chocolate raspberry. I don’t even like cheesecake. Thanks for being awesome, I can’t wait to come back and try the entire menu!“

“My fiancée and his Dad love having Breakfast here. We always expect our favorite waitress Heather. She is very good at what she does. She knows what we want when we sit down. Very sweet and nice lady. She makes our breakfast experience. Wonderful not to mention the food is great.“

“Walked in not having high expectations. My last visit to the Captain was when restaurants in Dunbar was open. Employees were very polite and nice. Service was great and my dinner was wonderful. I honestly didn't know Captain Ds could be this Amazing!!! Will definitely be back soon!“

“Picked up dinner in the drive thru and the person taking care of us was friendly and accommodating. I haven’t been to a location in a while and didn’t expect the chicken tenders to be hand breaded but they were BIG and 10/10. We asked for an extra ketchup and tartar and received the perfect amount. I’m thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back!“

“My son ordered Thanksgiving dinner to be delivered to his house for himself, my husband and me. The food was absolutely fabulous. It was delicious. Was delivered on time and was nice and hot. “Super safe and close to the interstate! Plenty of gasoline and hotel options. Well lit and super clean. Anna was our server that was on it! We never wanted for anything! Smart and tactful. Ver observant & we never waited for anything! We had the yummy white cheese with chips. Split a Caesar salad & Bourbon Steak! Super good and quick! Thank you Anna! We will be back!“
