Ordered a mini m&m blizzard, was asked by two separate team members if I wanted the chocolate syrup in it, and they made it correctly and pretty quickly! The lobby is pretty clean and new-looking. Everyone was pretty nice. I've worked at a different DQ for many years so I'm a little judgy about other dqs, but this one seems pretty good! But I'll have to come back again to test that hypothesis.
The ladies working today were amazing. They got a little busy and our order got lost in the mix. They didn’t think twice about making it right. They were absolutely pleasant about the whole situation.
