He listens to his customers & makes adaptations based on feedback. Actually, I'm not sure you could find a better customer experience in many other places in the remaining 49 states.Dietary restrictions: Very tasty gluten-free options are available and the staff are beyond accommodating.Parking: You will absolutely not have any trouble finding parking space here and that's not because there aren't plenty of customers. Someone was just intelligent in their parking design.Kid-friendliness: The staff are intuitive and think outside of the box to make even the littlest of customers enjoy their experience.Wheelchair accessibility: They are adaptable and know how to treat human beings of all abilities with respect and kindness. “Wow, I just wish I had taken a picture but I spent all my time enjoying the good conversation and excellent espresso. This is a gem of a place with delicious pastries (not too sweet) and quick and espresso drinks that can be catered to your specific interests. The shop owner is friendly and great at explaining the different drinks. If you just want to chill and drink good coffee this is the place but if you want to learn about coffee and have a great conversation this is also the place. Thanks ??“
“Ariely(I think I spelt that right) was a very amazing server!! She was very informative about menu items, was on top of things despite having other tables. She’s very kind and was also knowledgeable about the portions when we asked.The two hosts up front around 7:40 pm were kind as well! The one greeted us with a smile and had the other girl bring us to our table while she also greeted us with a smile.“
“The place is a hidden gem! Good food, reasonable prices, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. What's not to like? The last time I was at this location, it was a bait/tackle shop (30 years ago). Now it's an Italian Restaurante. 'Sounds like the script from Grumpier Old Men. Perhaps Sopiha Loren is in the back cooking? Hat's off to the staff for being so friendly and efficient. “$$ an absurdly high price for two orders of fries, which accompanied two cheese steak subs. The fries weren't even warm. I'd call them cold. Very disappointing. On a positive note cheese steak subs were blasting hot and delicious.“

“We’ll often grab dinner here after our daughter’s gymnastics class next door. We’ve been consistently pleased. The Greek salad is fresh with lots of feta, and the pizza is solid. Recently, I’ve been particularly impressed by the cheese steaks. The meat and cheese blend together the way they should, and the rolls have a crisp exterior with a softer inside that complements the cheesesteak well.Kid-friendliness: The interior is casual and clean, and we’ve never felt out of place with our 3 year old. Since the location does significant amounts of take-out and is next a gymnastic center, it lends itself well to kids.“

“We have gotten take out pizza and subs several times and never disappointed. The pizza is awesome and always ready when you arrive to take out. We visited as a family Sunday and were greeted immediately and given a nice booth in the larger back dining room. I got the fettucine and it was delicious and so much had to take rest of it home for lunch the next day. Husband got spaghetti and meatballs and ate every bit and said it was awesome. My son got a sub which was huge and said it was great. Pepperoni rolls for my daughter-in-law and granddaughter were great. We will surely return for dine-in as very nice to have a great server and great food (menu ranges from subs to full dinners with salad and garlic bread). Felt very welcomed and very clean and nice restaurant.“

Will and his beautiful family are amazing people and take pride in what they do and serve their customers . Now I gotta brag a moment. About one of newest items on the menu THE panini !!! I tried the Italian last night went back in again today !! To get another and added a chicken, Parmesan Panini with onion ring for my husband. am I ashamed of course not !!!! Lol I love food !! And I really enjoy his !!!5 stars from me guys no matter I get . Now got yourself an Italian or chicken Parmesan Panini and enjoy !!!“
