“Epigram is a cozy coffee shop nestled in historic Harpers Ferry in a beautifully renovated stone home near the top of Washington Street. Great atmosphere with three levels of relaxed dining to include balcony and outdoor patio seating. A wood stove on the first floor area adds a special touch of warmth and ambiance to your experience. I had a hot decaf espresso Malt specialty drink for $6 which was a delicious new taste for me. I love to support the local small businesses and this one is so deserving. The Coffee shop also has a reminder sign that street parking is limited and the town does ticket, so consider your parking options before you arrive.”

“You can tell when you drive up to a place if the food is good by how busy the parking lot is. Sure was busy, but a few minute wait just allowed us to fall in love with the quaint interior of this Cafe. The food was as good as the wait staff! Would definitely plan to eat here again, to try the breakfast menu! The exterior porch all decorated for Christmas just added to the charm!”

This isn’t my normal kind of post, but I’m reviewing along my 🏃‍♂️ running journey so that runners and explorers alike can discover the lesser-known, truly amazing places I find along the way 🌍✨ I stopped into Isabella’s on a whim and left absolutely blown away 💥 🔥 Pros: • 🙌 Awesome waitress, friendly, funny, and genuinely cared about making my visit great. • 😊 Staff was super welcoming and knew a ton about the local area 🗺️. • 🍄 Food was amazing! I ordered the Breaded Mushrooms ($9.95), a massive portion (20+ mushrooms) perfectly fried, crispy outside, tender inside, and served with ranch 😋. • 🍺 Great beer selection, small but solid list! I went with the Devils Backbone Vienna Lager (6.5%) from Virginia 🍂, smooth and similar to a Yuengling 🍻. 👉 The waitress even bought my first beer when I couldn’t decide, that kind of hospitality is rare these days ❤️. • 🖼️ Simple but awesome decor, miner photos, a vintage Coca-Cola clock 🕰️, quirky signs, and fun little gifts 🎁. From the outside, you’d never guess how cozy it is inside. • 🐕 Service animal friendly indoors and dog friendly outdoors. “Best food ever! I was in town two days and ate dinner there both nights! I had the Big Veg Burger one night and the Creamy Coco Ramen Bowl the 2nd night. Best dishes I ever ate! I am not a huge dessert person but HAD to have the oat milk ice cream both nights! I had chocolate one night and vanilla the 2nd night. Yummy! Super quaint, fresh food, awesome company, and loved talking to Ben and others. They run an awesome business! Wish I had this restaurant in Indiana! I highly recommend! Thank you guys! Made my trip so much more amazing than it already was! I appreciate your kindness! I will be back someday!”

“We had an absolutely amazing experience on Homecoming Saturday! The entire Potomac Ridge team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly despite the busy crowd. The kitchen was impressive—getting fresh, delicious food out in less than 10 minutes with smiles all around. I complimented someone from the kitchen, smiling they proudly responded, ‘thank you, breaking records!’ I loved that! As the sun set, the fire pits were lit, and an employee started selling s’mores kits, personally chatting with each group at the fire pits. The heaters under the pavilion were a cozy touch. It all wrapped up with a friendly send-off from the door holder! Such a delightful experience.”
