I don’t no if this applies, but I did not no where else to provide this information. I left In tears tonight leaving “viva Mexico”. It is a Mexican restaurant that is located in inwood, wv. I have eaten at this location since I was a child, it was my mothers favorite place to eat. Since her death I would go there in memory of her and order the dish she loved.
