Jersey Mike's Subs in Martinsburg

“Order here twice a month and sometimes more. If you order during the week the staff and food is great and have never had an issue. If you order on the weekend you get less food (for me) and have made mistakes on my order (left off the tomato, lettuce, or cheese etc.) They use quality meats and a variety of cheese. The bread is fresh but have had a stale sub roll from time to time. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The soda machine is clean and so is the location. Sub shop seating.“

“I would like to compliment this Jersey Mike’s location for an exemplary experience today. The staff was exceptionally engaging and attentive. Food was served quickly & a special request was without issue. I commented to my husband about the generous amount of meat compared to Subway. I observed the tables being cleaned & floor being swept. I mean, how many times have you entered a restaurant like this right in the middle of the lunch rush & had to walk from table to table to find a clean one? Not an issue here. Kudos to staff & management.“
