This maybe a weekend issue but good god was it a horrible thirty-dollar transaction. I have to say I have never had a delivery go so bad.Here's the play-by-play of the train wreck.On 3/16/2024 (Saturday) At 7:59 P.M. I placed an order for 1 extra-large pepperoni pizza for delivery. Lady that answered the phone was pleasant took my order and it was $25+$5 tip. She stated your pizza will be there in 45 minutes. every time i order my pizza with extra sauce and square cut it always comes regular slice and uneven or mangled so i called about it and they offered a free pizza. The free pizza i got is burnt and they forgot my extra sauce yet again. I love the taste of papa johns but i can’t order from here if they mess my order up every

This place is so hit and miss. Sometimes good food, sometimes terrible. There needs to be a standard prep for things like papadias that they have to use - make sure the amount of ingredients is the same across orders. Because no 2 papadias are ever alike for me, and I order the same thing a lot. Sometimes full to bursting, sometimes thin and hard and barely anything in them.
