“This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Their drinks are always made perfectly and quickly everytime. The cafe is comfortable and the cleanest lobby out of any of the Morgantown locations. The manager Morgan clearly cares about her employees and customers, she is always on the floor helping everything run smoothly.“

“I love the selection here, but at every location, consistency is lacking. If I order a shaken drink, I do, in fact, expect it to be shaken every time. I've been receiving them unmixed. Most food is made from frozen, so it can be a bit dry.“

“Not often does a starbucks make my complicated coffee, that i ask for done with perfection. But this one did not sure if it was a just a lucky f day or if it's the employees that work there. Anyway, they got mine made correctly being that I am a satisfied Starbucks barista. I no all of the ingredients. And what all starmaks has behind the bar, and because of that, I have a very complicated drink that I asked for and not many places make it correct. So I'd like to say thank you specifically to the amazing employees who were present (working the drive-thru) on June 3, 2026 at 4pm for making me my complicated cup of coffee so amazingly perfect too my exact request. Needless to say It was so appreciated due to having to drive for the hours to my next destination after leaving Morgantown.

“Lounge area is a little loud at times, but I understand why it would be, this is a very busy location! I am always happy with the service I receive here the baristas always greet me with a smile and my drink always comes out great, especially when I see a barista in a black apron is working! Recently I came in while the card reader was down and a barista offered to purchase my drink for me, a very kind gesture that I will not forget! I definitely plan to continue coming here for the remainder of my college experience!“

“Atmosphere-4stars- located in the lobby of WVU Ruby Hospital. Beautiful location very spacious. Comfortable place to hang out if you have to be at the hospital for a period of time.

Service- 4 stars- very busy location but runs very efficient. Line went fast with little wait for my order.

Food- 4 stars- got the Iced Carmel Macchiato. Good as always!!
