“I wanted a sundae, but I pulled up too far, and I could not see the drive-thru menu in the blinding sun. I told the nice gentleman on the speaker what I was looking for, and he was quick to figure it out. I ordered the remaining items for the rest of my party, a burger, another sundae, and a Superman blizzard. I was in the drive-thru for maybe 5 minutes. It was amazingly fast! Both employees that I interacted with at the window were smiling, polite, and friendly. The employees went out of their way to make sure I was happy and that everything I ordered was to my liking. This was at a drive-thru, I am just blown away. If I want another sundae or anything from DQ I will go to this location. The staff are absolutely wonderful.“

“It's McDonald's. You know exactly what you're getting. Use the app. Get points, save money. Sometimes, the food isn't under a heat lamp that long. Occasionally, the sometimes fresh coffee is hot enough to cause 3rd degree burns and the fries and actually fresh. If you're lucky.“

“Came here last night with my mom for dinner. The amazing thing that happened was some nice guy paid for our food after my mom let him go in front of us in line! The two ladies working there were so nice as well!! Giving us options the other employees before them never gave us; like adding toppings before the sub gets into the toaster!

It was late we were starving and at this point bummed. We headed back toward the car Shannon came around the building and asked would you like for me to take your order. It was awesome most would have ignored that we had even pulled in the parking lot but not her she took our $50 order and quickly brought our food out to the car to us. While this location doesn’t have its own dining room, the food court is just steps away and has plenty of seating available. My only small critique is that they don’t offer a veteran’s discount, which I understand is typical for mall-based locations—but it would still be a nice touch. Overall, another great experience from a consistently reliable chain.“

Vegetarian options: Great veggie sub 3 cheeses sautéed veggies and mushrooms loaded with lettuce tomato and onions the mushrooms are great addition has mayo deli mustard and Italian and you can add other items black olives cucumber bell pepper jalapeño or banana peppers they also do a no meat salad

“This Burger King is special as it has the indoor playground for children. Kids look forward to going here and playing on the equipment and having a meal. It has the same menu as any other Burger King, but the playground definitely makes this one worth visiting if you've got children. The staff are well trained and quick to process orders and I have eaten here several times with no order mistakes. That makes a big difference to me because I really dislike eating out just to find that some of the food is missing or made incorrectly.“

“I was walking in as the doors were closing for the night for the inside area. My vehicle is over 9 ft tall so I couldn't go through the drive-thru. The manager was kind enough and gracious enough to understand my predicament and let me come in and order our food. We had been working a 16-hour day on top of a cell tower and we were starving and Taco Bell is the best for our money at this the moment and so I just want to thank the manager on 9/9/25. She was amazing and so was the crew they were supposed to be off the clock and they still stuck around until we got our food and left so thank you“

“Ive been from Texas to California to Pennsylvania, and finally West Virginia. Obviously on the road Mc Donalds is usually the go to for quick in and out knowing the food is going to slapped together with no regard to quality and moderate customer services at best. However this McDonalds nailed my visit today. The store was practically spotless the food appeared as advertised and actually good taste and not dripping with grease like other stores in the national chain. Staff was super friendly and professional yet enjoyable conversation. The only disappointment is the fact that less and less McDonalds meet even half of the standard this store is operating at.
