“This is a favorite joint to go to! I appreciate that we can still talk to a cashier rather than do the kiosks or barcoded drinks as we found at other out of state steak and shakes. The only bummer is they dont have steak and shake seasoning for the fries...said it ia on backorder, but they are steak and shake, youd think they can make it?“

“I called this CFA and let them know I was showing up with a group of 25 with about an hour’s notice. The manager thanked us for the heads up and let me know their parking lot was a bit small and asked what we were driving. When I told him 3 vans - he let me know they’d block off a space for us to park so we could easily get in and out. We arrived and he came out to meet us and, as promised, had spaces available for all three of our vans. We went in and they got our orders filled quickly and with a smile. “There variety of biscuits have been spot on during the $1 biscuit promotion & can't beat the value. In a time where corporate entities are artificially manipulating inflation unchecked it's a welcome sight to still see a deep rooted American company with a remaining code of ethics providing a standard, while at a temporary sacrifice to there margin, it's an investment in the longevity of there clientele & that is good business. They particulary went up & above in my personal opinion at this location & great leadership stems from the top down. 5 stars.“

“Horrible staff ...3 girls who are high school aged were snobby towards customers and 1 employee...also 1 female manger was bullying a young female employee. Nothing will ever be done or reported on this situation. Terrible to see and hear this when trying to enjoy a meal inside. This occured at McDonalds on rt 60 Ashland.“

“I frequent this place for lunch as it’s nearby to my workplace. The staff are nice, but make sure to check your food. The last two times I’ve ordered a baconator I had to go back to the store and get it. Again, great food and employees, but check your food before you drive off.“

“This Sonic was such a lovely place to stop for a quick meal after a long day driving. Our order was taken quickly and politely, the food was fresh, and the ingredients were excellent quality! There was some very real experience and craftsmanship in a simple drive-through burger. I was sincerely impressed. The young ladies working the Friday evening shift need more tips and all of the love and support. They're out here pushing elite-quality food at a chain burger joint!!“

“Food was great made fresh after we ordered but service was really slow. Employees talking in the parking lot when we arrived, assuming they were on break. When we walked in not a single person to great us. After a couple of minutes an employee came from the back, she told us just a minute and she walked over to drive thru to take an order. Then finally another employee came out to take our order. Really liked the new waffle fries. Forgot to take pictures ??‍♀️“

“I hadn't been to Arby's in quite a while. Stopped in here while on a road trip and the food was really great. And even more than that, the employees were the best! A tearful elderly lady was having difficulty with her car. Her husband was contacted and while she was waiting, the staff made sure she got her food. Once her husband arrived, she got in his truck and one of the employees left driving her car while a second followed behind in his truck to give that employees a ride back! They went way out of their way to assist someone who needed help! Kuddos for being such caring members of your community!“

“Stopped for my mother's lunch. I don't eat at Taco Bell very often so I was thrown-off by my mother's request. Had to stop my order and call back to Mom's to clarify what she wanted. The staff taking my order was cool about me stopping to call my mom and after making sure I ordered what she wanted, the order came out quick and accurate.“

“We went through the Milton McDonalds drive thru this evening to get the boys food ...and as we waited we were discussing bills. When got to the window to pay, the cashier gave us back my debit card with a note on a strip of paper that said "everything will be ok 🙂". It's the little things ya'll. Clean dining room and staff was super cognizant of gloves and such. Close to gasoline and right off Interstate ramp. Plenty of parking. Kid friendly. Vegetarians will be in heaven!“

“I got delivery today and my delivery was the best. He communicated and met me so that I didn’t have to walk in the ice far. Very polite guy! And the pizza was perfect. I have to have Light sauce because of health issues and it was perfect. Thank you for a great dinner after digging myself out of ice and snow today. Always friendly, fast, and somehow managing to keep their cool amidst late-night munchie chaos. My order's always right, delivered with a smile, and even if the Doritos Locos shell isn't perfectly crisp, the service makes up for it every time. “We aren't from Huntington so this was our (myself and my two daughters) first time stopping here. The employee was very nice. Ordering and paying was a breeze. He told us he'd bring it out to my vehicle when it was finished in about 15 minutes - which he did. The pizza was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it. I was sad because the Pizza Hut in our town doesn't offer the same one because I was going to buy another for my husband and son, so we will hopefully be back before it is taken off the menu *if* it's a limited menu item.“
