“nice friendly service, drive through terribly slow“

“I ordered 2fish and chicken dinners with loaded baked potatoes and a 4 piece chicken dinner we had to wait for long time to get our food then it was cold and the potatoes had been setting the cheese was hard the chicken was hard.i would have told them there but i knew there would be a scene cause my husband would have went off.crew wasn’t very friendly.one boy was trying to do inside and drive threw.here’s some pics of the food.i come there a lot and never have had any issues.“

“This is easily the best Subway in this area of West Virginia area. The quality , order accuracy and cleanliness sets the standard for other Subways to strive for. The Asst Mgr- Chris is in charge and on the front line every time I visit for lunch. He is meticulously managing his staff and the business. I eat here at least once a week, usually more often. Thank you Chris for running such a great restaurant with such care! You’re the best. You should be a trainer for all the Subways! You drive the success of your store, I’m sure.“

“I usually do a mobile order and pick up in drive thru. It’s pretty quick most of the time! I try not to go during the busy hours. Usually never have any issues with the food or staff! Food is always good, staff is friendly! I do wish on the app, it would update if they were to be out of something like a drink or special items but that’s an app problem not a store issue!“

“Always fresh, but this time I ordered a 2 topping xlrg with pineapple and Canadian bacon and got pepperoni & Canadian bacon. Come on it’s 2 toppings 😡 Update: Was recently contacted with apology and a coupon for a free pizza to show their apology. Super Nice & unexpected am glad to be a customer. 😊“

“Food was good, the service was so so. I had to ask like four times if anybody was there when I pulled up to the drive-thru before someone answered and then they were very short with me, it takes very little effort to say and do the right things for good customer service. Someone that needs to remind their workers of that and enforce it.“

“They have pretty good food. They was short staffed for sometime. I think they have fixed that. But it was a few lot of times they was closed when I wanted food. But when they are open. They do a ok breakfast as well as a ok lunch/ dinner. Most of the time it's fresh. I give them a B. I'm a big burger fan.“
