Today I had to switch up my usual drink because of an upcoming procedure where I can’t have cream or certain colors, and they didn’t miss a beat. They crafted the perfect drink to accommodate my restrictions and it was delicious! I tried the new Grinch Lotus, and it was absolutely perfect. They genuinely made my day!“

All I remember is I came in the weirton store and she told me that she normally works in the back and it's been 3 or so months that she was in front and it took her a minute to remember where the buttons were.
