Great atmosphere! The room options are great! The food is really good too.
A blast into the past! The price is a bit steep for me.
Great place to stay on the way from Salt Lake City to Grand Teton and Yellowstone! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a great dinner at a nearby restaurant and a really good breakfast right on site the next morning.

Based on guest reviews, Colter's Lodge - Hotel is a fantastic one-stop-shop with everything needed on-site, including awesome rooms, a dining area, bar, café, and a liquor store. The hospitality is truly next level, with staff who are warm, kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. Guests enjoyed the genuine warmth and personal touch, making for a perfect stay.
The food is the best many have had in a long time. The rib eye is cooked to perfection with amazing carefully made side dishes, including a delicious potato pave', braised onion, and mushroom. The portabelo tastes beautiful with sweet potato mash and roasted broccoli. For dessert, the huckleberry cobler with homemade icecream is so delicious. Breakfast is great, though one guest felt the small, fancy breakfast menu was lacking for the price. The steaks are amazing, and the chef's special desserts are not to be missed.
The staff are incredible, with special mentions for James the bartender, Sara(h), Nick the chef, and Jeff and Kolton for their service. The host paid attention to every detail. It is a great place for a snowmobile trip and a wonderful location close enough to the park but far from the run of the mill tourist experience.
