“Visiting from out of town for Cheyenne Frontier Days. Ida is the best Sandwich Artist I have experienced in a long time. I worked at Subway many years ago so I am incredibly picky when it comes to how my sandwich is made and the service I receive at Subway. She was attentive, friendly, and changed her gloves in between multi tasking. She was super fast with my large order as well!“

“It’s Subway… so the food is the food, but we all know there are great/good locations and there are those that took their business model from the slowest, most incompetent DMV or post office you’ve ever visited (not to say all DMV’s and post offices are bad, but you know what I mean).
Admittedly, it was slow when I went in, but it was clean and the employee who served me was attentive, engaged and even curious about my weird order (BMT, turkey instead of ham, toasted with pepperoni on top for the toasting). This used to be a sandwich on the menu, but it’s been 5+ years and I’ve had a wide variety of experiences trying to order it since then. This server made it just the way I asked him to and seemed perfectly happy to do it. I didn’t get his name, but I was there on 4.OCT.2025 around 1:00 or 1:30, I think.“

“Just wanted to give a big shoutout to this specific jimmy johns place! We were stuck in a snow storm last week at a motel 6 the car had broken down, and we were just going through a lot! I’ve placed a order through DoorDash for breakfast which after 4 hours they failed to deliver my order… So jimmy johns to the rescue! They were quick and definitely serve to their slogan! The guys there are SUPER CHILL and just simply awesome! Anyways the motels water main broke because it was just so cold from the storm, which also caused the heat to stop working while we were there. So… no water either!!! I placed my order with this jimmy johns and had forgotten to order water. The guy said that the delivery guy had already left to deliver our food and that it was fine if he drove back and got us water and I could just pay afterwards. I felt bad to have the guy go back and forth so I didn’t do it lol. Needless to say… the poor guy still did it!!!!! He delivered our food quickly and I didn’t even tell him about the water issue so I’m assuming the guy back at the place told him and then had him drive back to the motel with water. This place went far and beyond in serving their customers and we are so satisfied with their service we wish we can do lots more in return! If you ever stop my #Cheyenne, #Wyoming please stop by their place and get you some good sandwiches! They’re definitely #freakyfast and #freakyfresh !!!! I don’t know their names, but they deserve an award! I wish I can express how we truly feel about this place but words definitely fall short in expressing our gratitude! Thank you!“

“A good local deli is difficult to find, but the local and close-by Subway is a nice fill-in, friendly staff, good menu selection, fair prices, and located inside a local convenience store makes a quick stop here productive, recommended for service and convenience for a not your typical sandwich!“

“Tony and Ally were lovely! They made a beautiful sandwich and went out of their way to help customers. Very friendly, made a clean sandwich, and perfect proportions. Not a big fan of Subway usually, but this place was pretty good. Excellent customer service.“
