I ordered online and I think they did not did what I asked correctly. I’ve asked for a steak and cheese with lettuce and I got barely any of the meat or veggies also I asked toasted and it wasn’t toasted at all. It is frustrating because you expect to get exactly what you order. Specially when you hungry. I’ll suggest getting close look to all the details the costumers asks.
As is most of ways, the food is pretty good. The problem is is they keep changing the menu and adding more items and preparation options which makes it complicated. If they would just keep it simple and maintain the quality of food it would be much more efficient and better. This issue results in the need for more people in a significant increase in preparation time. The other issue here is there is a high turnover of help at this facility. I was driving from California to Wisconsin and stopped for gas. A Subway was inside of the station. I decided to grab a sandwich and purchased the philly sub. It was delicious!! The people were so very friendly so I decided to eat inside. I passed a very pleasant 20 minutes enjoying my meal and chatting with the employees. I highly recommend this station and the Subway!!
