“Lunch here was one of the best I’ve had in recent memory, and I can’t wait to return. We were delightfully surprised when given slices of truly magnificent fluffy, crusty bread and butter. Shrimp po’boy with homemade chips and poke bowl were undeniably fresh and flavorful, each a guaranteed reorder. Love how the shrimp were butterflied to keep the sandwich together. Do not skip dessert here because that means forgoing the carrot cake pie, and you need a slice of that goodness.“

“Customer service was exceptional. Seating area was a bit small but everyone was so friendly and worked as a team. Honestly the best service I ever had. I went for restaurant week and ordered the shrimp creole. Omg I cleaned my plate and was still salivating over the idea of more when I got home. My partner ordered the crab soup and the salmon. Eyes rolled in the back of his head y’all. Everything was so well and for my first time they left a lasting impression. Would definitely dine here again. I’m just disappointed the shrimp creole isn’t on the regular menu.“

“We came for lunch and it really hit the spot. A variety of oysters are on the menu and we had fun trying all of them. The grilled salmon salad was excellent, especially if you like arugula. The salmon was so wonderfully cooked, melty inside and nice char outside. The fries are also delicious.“

“We had the best service with Kate! She gave us tips on what to order and ahead of time was dead on. We started with a cocktail and had a glass of wine with dinner. We split the spicy chicken empanadas, delicious, however, we did not detect the spice. We split the green chili Caesar. Honestly, the best Caesar in town. I do t see how they get it so cold and crisp, it's amazing! We then each had a ceviche. The baby shrimp, which were much bigger than anticipated, such wonderful flavor! My daughter had the crab, the server suggested mixing it right away to get the sauce mixed in. Very good! It did need more liquid. We simply poured the extra shrimp sauce in the crab, it was superb after that. The tomato on the shrimp just gives it more moisture and such a good flavor! We can't wait to go back!“

“I had the best sushi omakase experience here. It’s quality sushi put together right in front of you. You are served 15 pieces of gourmet sushi, one piece at a time. I especially enjoyed the smoked salmon, wagyu sushi, raw shrimp, and the oyster. They were outstanding. The edible gold sprayed onto the sushi was special. It’s BYOB so bring your favorite beverage with you. Enjoyed and savored every piece of sushi.“

“Really great. I had the Chongqing spicy broth, wagyu, head on prawns, scallops, and lamb as my meats and went crazy in the self serve area. Great quality meats and vegetable selection. Broth was good, service was good. I had to wait for about 1 hour because you cannot make a reservation for a 2 top, but it was well worth it. I left completely satisfied for 40 dollars plus tax, no uncharged. Highly recommended.“

It's a tapas style tasting menu so they just bring you out like a dozen different dishes. The portions were perfect and everything was cooked to perfection. “One of the best and authentic Indonesian restaurants in the states. The other one is in Atlanta GA. As a native Indo, I highly recommend this place. Service was good. Space is quite tight but expected for Philly. Food is so good. So good. Get the ketoprak, Satay ayam/ grilled skewered chicken with special peanut sauce, for sure. We were able to find a spot close to restaurant.We arrived around noon during a weekday.We were greeted by two hostesses and seated immediately.Our waitress greeted us introducing herself (I am sorry I can't remember her name). She spent a lot time going over the menu with us which we appreciated.When our food arrived it was well prepared. I ordered the pull pork sandwich with fries. My brother ordered chicken sandwich.We were both impressed with the size of the sandwiches. The food was delicious. We both left with "doggie bags". My brother ordered a grilled pork crop to take home for dinner.Also there is a bar in the restaurant. Next I visit I will order a beer.“

I wasn't drinking on this particular evening so I couldn't comment, but everyone seemed to have fun at the bar and it seemed to be a pretty happening place on a weeknight located just 7 blocks from Independence Hall. There were so many options and when given the choices I always ask the server what I should have and she told me I shouldn't miss the crab cakes. They were moist and seasoned perfectly so much that I could not even recall savoring them. For those who don't like fish, they were not too fishy either. The seafood fried appetizer platter was a great starter along with the burrata. Dessert was amazing too. Definitely a nice place to take friends for a warm casual dinner on a nice summer's eve.“
