“I have learned something quite interesting over the past couple of years. It's better not to tip here! Any time I have ever tipped, they screwed up my order without fail, but when I tipped nothing, the food was accurate and as good as Pizza Hut can be. Not sure why I ever tipped for takeout service in the first place, though.“

If I had to give some feedback it would be the tables were not cleaned. There was no one in the dining area or at the counter at the time, so I’m not sure why it couldn’t have been done. “We stopped at Chachi’s in West Edmonton Mall and were really impressed. It’s a great alternative to the usual fast food options you find in a food court. The sandwiches actually have nutritional information and feel like a more balanced choice.
The selection isn’t huge, but there are definitely enough options to choose from. Our sandwiches were freshly made right in front of us, were really well filled and tasted great. The recipes are fairly simple, but the combination of fresh ingredients worked really well.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice extra was that we were even able to taste the drinks before choosing one, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a really tasty and fresh option in West Edmonton Mall. Great food, friendly service and a nice alternative to typical food court fast food.“

“We are here in spruce grove visiting family and decided to try the take out.

The portions of food are big, the chicken in the dishes is chunks not little pieces, the almond chicken is more like a chicken breast not a tiny piece of thigh!!

The price is very reasonable.

“Just have to give these guys 5 stars, I ordered on the mobile app food for from thr wrong location because GPS was showing me the wrong closest one. Anyways I was with my 3 year old on a tight schedule but I had already paid for my order and when we got to the Erin Ridge location obviously the food wasn’t ready because the order didn’t go to that location. I begged them if they could just remake the order as my 3 year old was waiting and we had an appt across the street. Took a little bit of negotiating and time but she did end up granted me the order without having to pay again and the chef stated the order right away and was so understanding, he even made my son a paper crane that he couldn’t stop playing with, thanks guys for accommodating my mistake. You saved the day. And tell your chef he’s awesome.“
