“Have you ever had a meal in which you just don't want it to end? The flavors enhanced one another. We had scallops served with a pork belly slowly roasted to perfection. Our bison burger was so tender, cooked med rare and the freshest beets, potatoes and carrots roasted . The carmel toffee dessert melted in your mouth. The service was spot on. a lovely meal to the end of a great vacation in Banff.“

“Brazen should be at the TOP of everyone’s food list in Banff. The atmosphere, wait-staff( Rylee rocked!), and Chef Dan were amazing! The food and drinks were phenomenal and first class. We ate at many restaurants in Banff and none touched the quality and taste of Brazen. We started with drinks of local beers from the rotating tap and the Garden Tea Party cocktail. We then moved on to the food portion of the meal. We had numerous dishes (mushrooms, ribs, potatoes, duck, gnocchi, and the ginger beef) and were pleased with the bold and flavorful taste of them all. We topped off the night with the house special Creme Brûlée and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Do yourself a favor and try this excellent restaurant!!“

“I can’t say enough good things about Alpha Bistro. We stayed at RMR for a family vacation and went to Alpha Bistro for my wife’s birthday. We were initially somewhat apprehensive because it seemed quiet (off season) but Kelly made us feel so special and really hit the nail on the head. Dinner was phenomenal… we both ordered the steak. It was absolutely delicious and truly exceeded our expectations. Kelly made us laugh more than a dozen times and really made my wife feel special on her big day. We couldn’t be happier with this place. It will be a go-to for us in the future.“

“Spent an evening here on the last night of out honeymoon. We came here from a bad experience at another lodge. Service from the moment we sat down to the time we left was exceptional. “We were looking for a simple, budget-friendly stop for some food and this was a great choice. Their 2 medium pizza + 4 toppings + 4 drinks + 2 dips deal was great for our group of 5. We enjoyed the creamy garlic and honey mustard dips specifically. In a town with so many expensive food options, this was a great place for the occasional stop when we just wanted a quick cheap meal. Their plant-based burger was also a great addition to our meal. They do not have dine-in and their parking lot is space- and time-limited, so we recommend having another location in mind for eating.“
