“Yes, I can recommend Tim Hortens in Banff. Whenever you pass by, jump in and get a French Vanilla. Tastes superb and has a fair price.
The facility itself is not the most elegant, but it looked clean to me, nothing to complain. Will be there next time, for sure.“

“Stopped here as part of a Rocky Mountaineer Rail tour. About 25 of us were going to take the Gondola to the top, and explore the area. While waiting, noticed that they had a Starbucks onsite. Not ever wanting to miss a Starbucks hot beverage, I ordered a hot chocolate (my usual is a tea latte). They even offered to add extra whip cream, and chocolate drizzle. Talk about decandent. The staff were relatively new, but everyone was trying their best to made us happy.

“Highly recommended! The staff is welcoming, and the food is excellent. Don’t miss their handcrafted art lattes – they’re a treat. We tried the cranberry loaf and a breakfast sandwich, hot chocolate and mocha, all made with top-quality ingredients. Garry helped us today, great service!

I also bought some artwork displayed for sale (Lynne Huras), and the barista even thanked me for supporting local artists. I definitely recommend checking out the art on display.

“UPDATE: My food is usually fresh here, and the app works. The tables are clean, but the washrooms are most definitely not.

This is the only McDonald's within the national park area. You'll need to travel to Golden, BC to the west or Canmore, AB to the east to find the next closest McDonald's around.

This McDonald's is always packed as its location is at the centre of the busy tourist area. Expect to wait a while. However, because of their popularity, food is very fresh and hot consistently!

I grabbed a McChicken sandwich here, and it was fresher and hotter than I typically get from Macdonald's elsewhere. It always tastes better if the chicken patty has not been sitting in the warming tray long.

Will stop here again if I need a quick bite in town.“
