“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Banff Springs, and let me tell you, it was absolutely awesome. The whole place feels like a castle in the Rockies, and the views are just breathtaking. The highlight for me was definitely the spa. It was not only beautiful, but super relaxing, with top-notch treatments that made me feel like a million bucks. If you're looking for a mix of luxury, relaxation, and a touch of magic, this place really delivers. Honestly, I could go on, but I'll just say it's a spot I'd totally recommend if you want an unforgettable getaway.“

“Everything is freshly made daily including the bread and English muffins used for breakfast items, to the pastries and chai tea, also serve locally brewed coffee! The breakfast sandwich was such a pleasant surprise, it seemed simple at first glance but what a perfect combination of flavors and whatever seasoning was used blew me away. We also got the avocado toast which was elevated with a poached egg, goat cheese, and balsamic on freshly baked sourdough. The homemade chai tea like the owner’s grandma used to make was amazing. I normally don’t drink chai but loved my husband’s so much I had to get my own cup. It’s just a short drive from downtown, we noticed mainly locals and regulars coming in to this husband and wife owned shop. Update: After trying some other breakfast spots in town, nothing can compete with Bare Bistro so we revisited today getting to try to eggs benedict and omelette, the sauce used for the benedict was amazing (homemade of course). We also tried some of the pastries which were all perfectly baked and delicious. We’ve tried just about everything on the menu and haven’t been disappointed in anything. We will be back tomorrow to finish trying everything (mainly pastries left). Very friendly owners and you can tell they take pride in what they do (as they should). A server has a huge impact on the overall experience and Derrek was warm, welcoming, attentive, informative (knew the menu well) and had a great sense of humour. The food was very delicious and reasonably priced. We loved our little table by the window. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back again. 👏“

my one gripe is my cab driver called this place affordable when it’s absolutely not, prices seem to have risen over the years. attached is the new menu prices which has an almost $10 increase compared to the last one i saw on google reviews. but, the burger is worth it and the space is decent.“

As a native New Orleanian, I know true Cajun and Creole flavors, and I was genuinely impressed. The food was rich, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, capturing the soul of Louisiana cooking in every bite.

Beyond the incredible dishes, the atmosphere was warm, lively, and inviting. The hospitality from the wait staff truly stood out; they were attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home.

“I ordered a lavender honey latte and was patiently waiting at one of the window seats. I noticed one of the baristas make a hot drink and set it at the drink stand. She took the drink ticket and placed it on the metal stick where the finished drink tickets go. She then continued to talk to her coworker. No name was called out and I waited a few minutes until I had to go up myself and look at the drink ticket pile to see if it was my drink. I found this odd because prior drinks the barista would call out the persons name.. other than that the lavender honey latte was good“

“Great breakfast buffet and some of the best restaurant views in Banff. The buffet had lots of selection and even gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. We wished there was toast, but there were other pastries and French toast. Unfortunately, the service was not great. The servers paid little attention and it took a long time to get coffee.“

“Oh wow... I was honestly treated so much better here than I was at the keg that I worked for personally back in Calgary. Our server Lauren was so kind and spot on with our table service, and when the missus' steak was a little underdone for her liking, Lauren took care of it right away and had it cooked by the kitchen staff to perfection. Gerry/Jerry the General Manager came over to our table and wanted to make sure everything was tasting great (which it was!) and he was such a delight to speak with. I honestly wished my GM from the Keg I worked with back in Calgary was even half as friendly as he was! Thank you to everybody who was on that night for making our Valentines Day so amazing, and we will certainly be back to eat at the Keg in the Caribou lodge specifically!
