I did take out for breakfast. It was well worth of money. I came across this one in a rush and I will go back there again in my next trip to Banff. Close to bus stop if you are taking bus.
While cruising around Banff, my fiancee spotted the pretzels through the window and made a beeline inside.The Uprising was on our list to visit, based on Yelp and Google searches, but we didn't get to make it for morning coffee.The pretzel was exceptional (lol). Sounds dramatic, but it was! Enough to bring us back on our next visit.

My husband had the ham and cheese panini and 16oz cappuccino and I had the blueberry cruffin. Both were very tasty, it was great to have some genuine bakery goods. The staff were very pleasant and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. We were there in the early afternoon and it was pretty picked over so obviously this place is very popular.
