“Best A&W by far in Alberta the service is great staff is very friendly and considerate the restaurant/dinner and washroom remains very tidy and clean and the food it’s self is amazing. The kitchen does an amazing job and preparing and making the orders as quick as possible which is really appreciated.“

“We've been ordering from this store nearly every week for a year. Tonight the pizza was late, cold, and had obviously been dropped before being delivered. I called the store and they said they would replace it. 90 minutes later there was still no pizza. Called again and the store said they couldn't deliver it and I had to pick it up. I told them I had it ordered delivery because I could not go out tonight or I would have done so originally and I would not have had a dropped cold pizza. I asked for a credit, not even a refund. The order was $28. They said they would give a $15 credit. They said I got the bottle of soda ($4) so fair enough, but that was still $24 I paid for a dropped pizza. They said they couldn't give credit for the delivery charge ($6), although it was due to the poor delivery that there was an issue. Even if I accepted that, which I don't, that still leaves $18. With this kind of customer service after a year of being a loyal customer, I will not be going back. There are other pizza options in Beaumont to try.“
