“I can’t rave enough about Rocky Mountain BBQs team. We hired them to cater our wedding near Longview last week and Braden the owner was so patient with me throughout the process, with multiple emails and questions. Braden was professional and kind, and never made me feel like I was a bother (even when I probably was a bit annoying). The team they sent on the day of were wonderful. They were professional, kind and engaged even in some personal antics put on by my sister for a keepsake photo album for the wedding. To top it off, the food was AMAZING. Roast beef, chicken, Mac and cheese, Caesar salad and garlic potato’s. No complaints from any of us or our guests. Everyone left with full bellies and smiles on our faces.“

I still have people asking for left overs from our wedding (Sept 2nd) because it was that good. I really cannot say enough but great things about this company! They made our wedding so perfect and the service was beyond our expectations! I even had a sever make me a bottle for my 6month old during dinner!! They go above and beyond. We had a bug issue before the Sun went down and Jasmin drove to the closest town to grab bug spray!! 😭😭😭 Thank you again for all your support. “Carey, Chef Newell Orfei and their entire team were nothing short of spectacular! Pre- restrictions they catered our wedding of 80 guests. From our initial meeting Carey was extremely helpful. She was responsive, professional, patient and kind. She helped us navigate through the menu and ensure that every guest would be taken care of. From the menu choices to quantity of food she helped guide us to what turned out to be an amazing night filled with amazing food. Chef Newell Orfei - your food was amazing and our guests had nothing but compliments all night. Your staff was attentive and professional. “We are so thankful for Amanda from Meraki Cuisine. She worked with us on short notice (after a previous vendor had to cancel our date) to create a fully customized menu for our wedding night. Amanda and her husband helped to guide us in choosing passed appetizers and plated mains that fit our Al Fresco Italian dinner party dreams. We had the most amazing tasting a few months before our big day, so good that my mother-in-law also booked Amanda and team for my bridal shower! Amanda is super organized and helped bring my foodie dreams to life for our wedding night! She also organized serving staff, bartenders and all the rentals for our dinner - I am still being told how amazing the food and service on the wedding day was almost a full year later.“

“Visionary Catering was absolutely amazing for our wedding. Even when we weren’t the most organized, they handled everything so professionally and made the entire evening run smoothly with zero stress. They clearly knew what they were doing and made everything work seamlessly.
The food was incredible, and our guests loved the variety of small plates. We received so many compliments throughout the night. Their team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with, and they went above and beyond with cleanup and packing leftovers into takeout containers.

“I worked with Laura this summer on the catering for my daughter's garden wedding at our home. Laura is so personable and helpful; a delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable about event planning/resources in Calgary and, of course - about great food and beverages for special events! My daughter and her finance are vegetarians and we had quite a few guests who needed gluten free options. Laura has an extensive list of appetizers and is very willing to adapt recipes to meet various dietary needs. She also brought a great kitchen/bar/serving team on the day of the wedding. They were professional, friendly and fun at our reception. My husband and I could truly relax and be present for this special day knowing our guests were being looked after so well. And no clean up afterward! Heaven:) I would highly recommend working with Laura on your next event...she is a dream to work with.“

“We had Impressions Caterers for our evening reception at our wedding in August 2025. It went down an absolute treat ! Our guests kept walking passed us with a plate full of delicious and well presented food saying "guys this is amazing" I mean what more could you ask for. The groom and I had a mix of everything and was so pleased with not only the quality, but the service with a smile we got. Not only that, Paul came to find me to make sure I had eaten at the end of the night (I had a broken foot so people had got mine for me) but how lovely that he checked ! Stuart and team ... “We recently booked Green Bean Catering for our wedding reception and they exceeded all expectations.
Despite booking them very last minute due to our previous company leaving us on read, we were able to organize a very well received spread. We were able to cater to many different dietary needs (GF, vegetarian/vegan) no one felt ignored!
Special shout out to Jackie for being top notch with her response and communication, as well as the staff that helped set up in our space.
Our guests raved about the food, and I swear everyone was constantly eating, yet we had sooo much food leftover! Very good value.

“Best catering I've had in the city, BY FAR. Our office has about 40-50 people at any given time, all with different allergies and dietary restrictions. We've had Mona in once a week for the last 11 weeks and she always manages to keep things fresh and exciting. She has a large variety of meals that aren't on her menu. She can pretty much do anything. Not to mention that the food is always delicious.Amazing food, amazing service. I highly recommend Cookie Queen!“
