“Frida’s Coffee Shop has been my go-to spot ever since it opened. As soon as you walk in, Frida—the owner—greets you with a warm smile. Shaheen and Juma are also incredibly friendly and always attentive to customers’ needs. The shop is cozy, clean, and just a few blocks from the Kerby C-Train station. If you’re driving, West Village offers heated parking on P1, and there’s also an Indigo open lot across the street. It’s a convenient place for a business meeting or simply catching up with friends. Truly an amazing spot whenever you need a dose of caffeine.“

“Love eating here when I can. Staff super nice. Somebody ate my sandwich thinking it was their’s (honest mistake) and everyone was super apologetic. I didn’t really mind since i was already eating the mac and cheese (i was starving lol) but they offered me free coffee! Mac and cheese was awesome. Beef wrap also pretty good :)

“What a fantastic coffee shop! The loveliest baristas who really know their coffee. They have hand pourovers and coffee tasting flights available as well. Black sesame croissant was perfectly nutty savory and slightly sweet. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.“

“Just stopped in here yesterday for a quick lunch and coffee. My friend and I ordered the same and we were both blown away by the awesome taste - we had the half sandwich - swiss cheese & beef. They used some fig jam in the sandwich and it was so unexpected and flavorful! The coffee was an iced latte and it too was worth the trip! I'll be back again soon!

This was our first time visiting Banff, and Adola Cafe was the first place we stopped for coffee—and our last before heading back to the U.S. What a beautiful way to bookend our trip!

Our barista, Ingi, made our coffee absolutely perfect. You can tell they care deeply about the craft. The coffee was rich, smooth, and flavorful, and the pastries were fresh and delicious.

The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was warm and friendly. We highly recommend Adola Cafe to anyone who appreciates quality coffee and pastries. It’s a must-visit spot in Banff!“

“We went to dinner and actually the food is very tasty, the service is very fast and we liked that but there were some things that we didn't like so much. First the parking lot was full of ice and water not if it is normally but a lot of water was coming out of the pipes so there was a puddle of water and ice at the same time. We almost fell. Second: We understand that the restaurant opens at 5 pm but it is incomprehensible that they do not mind that it is cold outside apparently all of us who were there did not like that situation. Three we expected someone to give us a recommendation or explain the menu. And finally, I think the space is too small to be able to move freely. I had no space to leave my table.“
