“I went here today at around 11am. I had a wonderful visit. Someone did a great job familiarizing me with the entire menu. She made it easier for me to pick up the food I really wanted. I didn’t get her name but she’s a filipina and she wears an eyeglasses.“

“The young Philippino girl at the service counter was super nice. They had called me to let me know that my order will take longer. When I arrived the girl offered me a free drink while waiting. Will definitely go back to this location. I live in COCHRANE and I had stopped going to KFC as the one in COCHRANE is really bad.“

“often my KFC app glitches and I cannot place the order online so I end up going to this location which is around 10 to 13 mins of drive away, %90 of the time they do hook me up with the same deal I was trying to get when I'm having app issues, but there were few times when they denied me the deal too.“

“We had such a great experience with our KFC delivery today. Their system apparently had a glitch and they couldn’t book a driver, but instead of cancelling the order or making us wait endlessly, one of the cooks personally delivered our food just to make sure we still received it hot and on time.

That level of effort and customer care is rare these days. Huge appreciation to the staff who went above and beyond to make things right despite the technical issue.“

Last time I was in I ordered a bunch of stuff (really big order) and they almost forgot one of the sauces (no big deal at all), but they noticed as soon as I left and called me before I was even a minute away to let me know, and even gave me a free bottle of soda as an apology when I came back in to get it! 10/10 customer service and everyone was super sweet and friendly 😊. Definitely my favourite KFC location in Calgary with the nicest staff!“

“The Pros= Oh wow I just don’t know what Magic Ingredients that they used to Enhance their Secret Recipe. But for today at least the Taste was Incredible, we’d say it could give Jollibee for its Money. And as for that Meat the Fried Chicken itself it was so Tender and Juicy. And as for the Outer Crispy Skin itself it was so Top Notch. And when we picked it up it was so hot that I had to drop it back down. But then again we went there pretty early in the day.

And the Employee that Helped us was excellent and professional. The Macaroni Salad was good as usual along with the French Fries. And Considering that this was Black Friday, just makes it that much more impressive. Especially by the time that we got there, there was already a line up. Oh and about the Sizes of the Fried Chicken themselves they were bigger than usual. Again for today at least, the experience was good that my mom just couldn’t stop Complimenting on them and the food itself. And That Should Do It For The Pros.

The Cons= Unfortunately The Macaroni Salad although good, I just Personally Feel it could Be Colder, especially for the time that we went there. Granted it could be just me saving it for the end instead of the beginning of our meal. And as for the French Fries themselves I kind of wished they were a little more meatier. But still enjoyed the flavour. And it just sucks that their Soda Machine is in the inside instead of the outside. But I understand why that is.

And don’t get me wrong we’re still happy with the service that we got, but it still would have been nice if I wanted Ice with my Soda. And it also kind of sucks that their Kiosk Machines Don’t Take Coupons which was what we were using. And That Should Do It For The Cons.
