The shop basically is clean. The chicken is fresh and juicy. The most important is that I was able to see the cleanness of the kitchen, a dry kitchen floor means a lot.

I seldom give a grade to fast food chain shop. But this KFC is impressive.“

“often my KFC app glitches and I cannot place the order online so I end up going to this location which is around 10 to 13 mins of drive away, %90 of the time they do hook me up with the same deal I was trying to get when I'm having app issues, but there were few times when they denied me the deal too.“

“This location is better than most in Calgary. The staff is very friendly, the interior is clean, and my chicken was fresh, hot, and the pieces were huge (maybe I just got lucky). The fries were some of the best I’ve had (I like them salty), and the service was quick.

The only issue was that my coupon didn’t work at the self-order kiosk, but a very kind staff member (whose name started with V) proactively offered to help and applied the coupon at the cash register, where it worked as expected.

“I always see the young guy at the front counter whenever I go here. He’s always attentive, some days when it’s busy he makes sure he follows up people’s orders. Today, walked in but I forgot that store closes at 10PM and it’s drive thru only, but he still took my order. Could not say that the other staff provide the same service but because of him, I’d still rate this a 5 star. He’s amazing, give this guy a raise! He’s the one working at 10:05 PM on Canada Day, July 1.“

“The Pros= Oh wow I just don’t know what Magic Ingredients that they used to Enhance their Secret Recipe. But for today at least the Taste was Incredible, we’d say it could give Jollibee for its Money. And as for that Meat the Fried Chicken itself it was so Tender and Juicy. And as for the Outer Crispy Skin itself it was so Top Notch. And when we picked it up it was so hot that I had to drop it back down. But then again we went there pretty early in the day.

And the Employee that Helped us was excellent and professional. The Macaroni Salad was good as usual along with the French Fries. And Considering that this was Black Friday, just makes it that much more impressive. Especially by the time that we got there, there was already a line up. Oh and about the Sizes of the Fried Chicken themselves they were bigger than usual. Again for today at least, the experience was good that my mom just couldn’t stop Complimenting on them and the food itself. And That Should Do It For The Pros.

The Cons= Unfortunately The Macaroni Salad although good, I just Personally Feel it could Be Colder, especially for the time that we went there. Granted it could be just me saving it for the end instead of the beginning of our meal. And as for the French Fries themselves I kind of wished they were a little more meatier. But still enjoyed the flavour. And it just sucks that their Soda Machine is in the inside instead of the outside. But I understand why that is.

And don’t get me wrong we’re still happy with the service that we got, but it still would have been nice if I wanted Ice with my Soda. And it also kind of sucks that their Kiosk Machines Don’t Take Coupons which was what we were using. And That Should Do It For The Cons.

“So far best KFC in Calgary. Crowfoot KFC frustrated me twice with service and food quality. I called to let them know that chicken quality was bad. Manager was more excusing than listening my experience. Since then, drive 10km and come to this KFC every time I decide to eat. Every single visit I found every single member was very friendly, cordial to help. I don’t know the name, but much appreciated guys.“
