Came through the drive through and was served by Sydney who was nothing less than polite, professional and very friendly! “The strawberry acai refresher is my fave! I usually add 7 scoops of strawberries but I decided to go for the max amount because the strawberries are so good! I also got strawberry puree in it aswell which made it x10 better! I'm always getting it here“

“I go to this Starbucks several times a week. The staff are amazing. My coffee is perfect every time.
The shop gets busy during mall hours, but there's plenty of parking and it's convenient to have a passenger pop into grab mobile orders while you wait in the pickup area.
No drive thru because it's inside the mall.“

“Starbucks Quarry Park is one of my go-to spots for a coffee break or casual meet-up. The space is clean, cozy, and well laid out—perfect for relaxing or getting some work done.

“I can't say enough about the service. Walked my dogs in Glenmore and was offered pup cups and a water for myself on a hot day. Recently my husband locked himself out of his vehicle and the staff treated him so well and helped him call for assistance. Hope the manager sees this and rewards appropriately.“

“I’m giving it five stars because I don’t want another Starbucks in this area to close. I also like that you don’t get charged extra for milk alternatives. Starbucks is a leader in cafe standards and o hope other cafes consider removing the $1.00 charge because people have milk intolerances.

Basically this is a Starbucks as you’d expect Starbucks to be, multiple wooden tables both small and high and large and few comfier seats. also all the people who rated it low for not letting them use the washroom, there’s washroom a short distance away in the mall. The review shouldn’t be based on just the washroom. I’ve asked for the code every time and they’ve always given it to me without hesitation. And again, there are ones in the mall for public use. I like using their app to order and although in the past there was a few quality concerns, more recently, perhaps due to change in management or staff, they have been serving consistent drinks as you’d expect from Starbucks.“

“A decent little Starbucks, tucked away on 130th Ave. The few times I've been here, the staff were friendly and pleasant, my drink orders were well-made and delicious, and I had no complaints at all! Give this location a try if you're in the area.“

“Went through the Drive thru this morning. Was running late for work but Kailia (cute blonde haired girl) working at the drive thru window at 10 AM, was such a delight. As I was waiting for my coffee; I’m usually anxious to get going but she calmed me right down by asking how my day was and what are my plans. The customer service here has always impressed me here and it keeps impressing me.

The only reason I didn’t give this place a 5 star for the food is because my caramel macchiato was a bit watery. But I understand perhaps there are some trainies still learning the techniques. Regardless; I’ll keep returning to this Starbucks cause the customer service is unbearable. Well done guys and gals.“

“We stopped at this Starbucks and had a Mocha and a double espresso — both were exactly what we needed.

It’s conveniently close to the FlexiBus stop, so it was a perfect place to rest, warm up, and kill some time while waiting for our bus. Plenty of seating, friendly staff, and the usual reliable Starbucks vibe. Great little pit stop if you’re traveling or working around!“

“Just picked up the Starbucks Guatemala Casi Cielo and it’s amazing. Medium roast with such a smooth balance the bright Meyer lemon notes really pop, and the cocoa nib finish makes it feel rich but not heavy. Perfect as a morning brew or an afternoon pick-me-up. Starbucks nailed it again with this single-origin coffee!“

“The drinks here are hard to order if your not use to talking the Starbucks lingo. The hot chocolate is about the only thing I know what the hell I'm getting. Besides the struggle lol the drink was ohhhh soooo good.

“I went on my birthday and got a free venti drink. The staff (Glenn and Aria) who served me were incredible!!! They allowed me a drink even though the app showed that I hadn’t had the app for over a month, which normally means you can’t get the free drink. They wished me a happy birthday and were amazing! “This morning I had a bad experience here but it’s normally very good. I ordered the brown sugar oat americano. It’s made with 2 pumps of syrup but often is mismade with 4. I tasted it and it was clearly double sweet I told the nice lady and she asked the person named Chandler if she only put two pumps. Her answer was “I’m exhausted idk!” The answer was rude and she wouldn’t even look at me. Very poor customer service from her but the other two girls were very kind and remade my drink properly for me.“

“I couldn't recommend this location more. The manager is the type of manager that an employee wants to have. He was serving customers and stated that he'd never ask an employee to do anything that he wouldn't do. I'm happy to support a place where a manager treats their employees with respect and appreciation. The atmosphere was very nice, quiet and relaxing. The only complaint I would make was that the sidewalk was rather dirty out front, which made it kind of icky for our pup to sit or lay down in while we had our coffee date.We will definitely return!“

“There’s a young man who works at this Starbucks who wears glasses and has dark hair. Everytime I order my usual frappe, with extra caramel and extra crunch, he always delivers!! Every other employee does the bare minimum; I’ve even had them not out any caramel syrup on top which is part of the regular drink; but anytime this young man is working I know my drink will be amazing!! I wish I caught his name, I never do, but I always recognize him.“

“The service/staff here first off are amazing! They get to know you on a personal level and what you like to order. The only downside is this store is dealing with constant equipment issues and at some points limited staff showing up for work. Store needs a good equipment upgrade as it's showing its age and some wage increases for the amazing staff as well!“

She is alwasy welcoming customers with bright smile. Her customer service was the best that I have ever had.
Last time when I had hard time on transfering all my accts balance to one gift card, not only she was helping me out without hesitation, also she took her extra time to sort issues out and advise me how to prevent the potential issue in the future.“

“There is this one older gentleman that has been working there since summer of 2024 that always makes the perfect, from my perspective, Pumpkin Spice Latte. No matter where I am at in the world getting one, I wish this man was making it for me. I visited many times in 2024 and 2025 and if I end up in Calgary in 2026, I will visit again just for the way he makes it.“

“I go to this Starbucks about 5 times a week. Order accuracy is high. Staff are super nice, especially at the drive thru. My pup enjoys his pup cup which is a nice option as a pet owner.

The only downside is the parking lot, which is small and awkward.“

It's small but comfy, and the noise level was moderate once it hit 9:30 a.m. Must be a popular spot in the area because it started getting busy before 10:00 a.m. Plenty of seating, and the vibe was still super inviting. “I would like to specifically address the lady who I think is the manager of this starbucks and is the one who trains everyone. She is amazing. I go there every morning and she is always a delight. She makes my order to perfection every single time. I have stopped going to the Starbucks by my house and now go to this Starbucks specifically because of her amazing customer service.“

“Pretty decent Starbucks overall, but lately I’ve noticed the coffee taste has gone downhill a bit. Please take a closer look at the flavour — it would be great to bring back that classic, rich Starbucks taste.

I had a small cappuccino, which should normally be a bit stronger than a latte, but it turned out rather mild this time. Not sure if it was a blend or a single origin, but I’d definitely appreciate a bit more depth in flavour.

This location is inside Safeway, which I didn’t realize at first because the pin on Google Maps was incorrect — I’ve already fixed it, so it now points to the right spot.

“I often order coffee from this Starbucks located in front of my apartment. Just earlier, I ordered an Iced Americano and a Matcha Frappuccino. As I walked out sipping my drink, I felt there wasn’t enough ice, so I went back in and kindly asked for some extra ice. The staff member kindly added more ice to my drink.
While I was outside taking care of my dog, I accidentally spilled the coffee I had placed on the table. As I was wiping the table with napkins, one of the staff members saw what happened and said, “I’ll make you a new one,” before preparing a fresh drink for me.

I hadn’t even asked yet — the staff member noticed the situation and offered to help before I said anything.

Remaking a drink due to a customer’s mistake is not something that should be expected — it’s a generous and thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciate it.

“This location is notoriously busy (and slower because of that), but this morning (Aug 30th at 920am) they had a younger guy working the drive through and he was HUSTLING. I was so impressed with his sense of urgency, respect for people's time, and general customer service.
