The Continental Restaurant offers a great experience from start to finish. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, providing excellent service. The atmosphere is cozy, nice, and elegant, with a warm, alive, and a little chaotic charm. The beef Wellington is excellent, cooked exactly to a medium doneness, with nicely prepared pastry and delicious, well-balanced flavor. The Caesar salad is fresh and flavorful. Other menu highlights include perfectly salted Lobster Bisque, escargots with garlic and butter, and a date night menu that offers valuable dinner. The wine list holds its own for Calgary, allowing guests to drink well. Many guests have visited multiple times, calling it a new favorite and a must try. The YYC Dining Experience and the 9 course chefs special are also highly recommended. Overall, the food quality, service, and atmosphere make for a very enjoyable dining experience. Guests would definitely return and recommend this restaurant to others looking for a great meal and excellent service.
