SCAMMERS!!! ?BE AWARE!! Always check ur receipts!!Worst place ever. They take advantage of how busy the airport is and try to get away with things. They over billed for a dozen donuts and we didn’t even order one. They over charged $16.09 for the donuts and billed as they refunded on a Tim’s card but they didn’t even give us that. The service was rubbish, the food was stale, nothing, my meal was dropped in front of me and put back in the bag. If I flew in the afternoon or evening I would understand that the food might be a little stale, but I purchased it in the morning. The worst Tims I have ever met. You spend money on food waste. awful service here and I can see from the other reviews that it's not a one-off. stopped by in the early morning before 8am for a fill of hot water to my bottle and a scone. it was not busy, only 2 other customers. they sent me to the pickup counter on the opposite side from the cashier to get my water since it was done immediately.
