This review is specifically for the owner of this Location -I don’t know what qualification you see before hiring your employees? Or it is just for LMIA money.Your staff doesn’t have any customer service skills and they will not treat you well. Ask your staff if they really want to work or just frustrate the customer. They just want to keep their drive-thru time down. I have never seen any White person or a black person at this location. Only Indian people are at this location...read full review
Horrible food everytime I go there. Stopped going for 6 months and tried again today and was just as bad. They rush and the food (bread bagels donuts etc) are always rock hard. Waste of money.

This Tim Hortons deserves its bad reviews.Horrible service, rude staff, always confusion, they forget your order, they have no manners or customer service skills. They have around 8 people walking around behind the counter and yet they can't get orders out the door, always dirty, just horrible.
