The tomatoe soup and ham and Swiss sandwich are amazing. Whatever is in that soup is heavenlyWe dined in after seeing the pyramids and I am was not disappointed. The only thing I can mention was that there was a few things they were out of at the time that made some sandwiches temporarily off the menu.

I had the pleasure of having the turkey soup with Farro and a coffee at Cafe Bloom. The soup was exceptional, fresh herbs and organic vegetables and turkey. The soup was exceptionally delicious! Probably one of the best soups I have ever had. I talked to Shane, the chef, after; he told me how all the ingredients were locally sourced. I could tell how passionate he was about obtaining fresh ingredients and cooking from.the heart . The coffee was great also. Beautiful location,...read full review

We had such a beautiful evening at Cafe Bloom with a Dome Dinner at the Muttart Conservatory in Edmonton. We were celebrating my mother-in-law’s birthday who is visiting from England. Thank you Chef Jehad Fadli for the delicious four course meal and for making us feel so special. Being in the glass pyramids with the botanical gardens at night was such a spectacular experience.
