“The customer service is always fast, efficient and attentive at this location. If i need coffee, unless im up town i will go past most other locations to get to this spot.The coffee is always hot and the proper amount of sugar and cream. The only thing is there lunch selection is limited due to there size, but they stock the good sandwiches any way! Just be respectful of the people in robes, wheelchairs or iv bars, remember they may not be able to stand in long as lomg as you. Not requirement but i feel they should have a dedicated line for patients.Other than that, great service!Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly, but there are hospital patients around, so be sure they use inside voices hehe (from an experienced uncle)Parking: Parking may be limited, but if you are healthy, there is lots of street parking on blocks around!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes its in a hospital!“

“Great sandwich, hot/fresh coffee, only one thing that is huge putoff- one girl used her fingernails to scratch inside the tip of her eyes. The other staff had seemed to have gloves on and hainets. I'd give it a 4.9 if I could. It was clean and they seemed effient. It was slow so they had workers standing around joking.“
“Super clean inside, including the bathroom. Staff were nice and friendly. My bagel was delicious! Only unfortunate thing is you can’t tip. Every Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to allows you to tip the staff except this one. Management needs to change that policy and allow tipping if customers want to. “Went through the drive thru at midnight and was greeted by the best service i have ever had a tim hortons in my life, I believe he said his name was jam and he was incredibly patient with me and was very kind.I hope the management sees this because jam very much deserves a raise.“

“When I come to town this is a place I go for my coffee and quick breakfast which is usually the farmers sausage it's good and the service is very patient and understanding I'm pretty certain all of them know me by my mistakes by now which I'm very sorry to all of them and thankful that they are so patient in kind thank you very much“
“it's your typical time hortons. At this one tho, they need to put a one way sign in their parking lot as cars go out the same way they came in, which interfere with oncoming traffic coming in and also disrupts the traffic for the wendys restaurant next door.“
